སྐྱིད་སྡུག་གི་ཟློས་གར་ཀུན། ཁྱོད་ཀྱི་པང་ན་རོལ།
On you we experience all our woes and joys.

ཁྱོད་ནི་སྔོན་རབས་ནས། ང་ཚོའི་ཕ་ཁྱིམ་ཞིག་སྟེ།
You are our ancestral home of old.
