第十三屆噶瑪辯經年度會議於印度上密院舉行，法王噶瑪巴主持兩天的會議行程。噶瑪噶舉傳承下的各佛學院指派兩位代表出席會議。

1.Rumtek Karma Shri Nalanda 隆德噶瑪師利那爛陀學院

2.Palpung Lungrig Jampa Ling 八蚌隆日蔣巴林（大司徒仁波切寺院）

3.Lawa Kagyu Thegchenling 拉瓦噶舉特千林（蔣貢仁波切寺院）

4.Bokar Thoesam Norling Gatsel 波卡圖桑諾林嘎擦（波卡仁波切寺院）

5.Kham Ghar Druk Tholob Dharma Kara 康嘎竹佛學院（竹巴噶舉扎西宗）

6.Nalanda International University, 那爛陀國際學院（本樂仁波切美國的佛學院）

會議之主要目的是為提昇噶瑪辯經素質，期能使每年的噶瑪辯經大法會成為辯經學生們一個可以交換彼此見解、擴展知識的平台，並且提供學生們與專家學者討論的殊勝機會，祈願所有不同宗教信仰的上師都能長久住世。

此次會議中確定即將來臨的第十三屆噶瑪辯經大法會的日期，法會將在2009年11月24日至12月19日於印度菩提迦耶德噶寺舉行。今年辯經法會的籌辦單位將由拉瓦 噶舉特千林及波卡 圖桑諾林嘎擦負責。

辯論主題包括由第七世噶瑪巴確扎嘉措所著的《釋量論》Tsema Namdrol及第九世噶瑪巴汪秋多傑之上師南嘉達巴所著的《辯經理路》Riglam Selche，討論的議題則以律典 Dhamchoe Dul-wa 為主。

法王噶瑪巴也將給予辯經學生們第七世噶瑪巴確扎嘉措所撰的《三戒律》Dhom-sum Ne-kyi Sein-dri 課程教授，時間將從12月4-10日，並備中、英文翻譯。

His Holiness Gyalwang Karmapa presided over the 13th annual Karmae Gunchoe meeting, which was held in Gyuto, Dharamsala. Two representatives of each of the following affiliated Karma Kagyu Shedras attended the meeting:

5.Kham Ghar Druk Tholob Dharma Kara

The aim of the meeting was to promote Karmae Gunchoe, as a platform to the participating students of different Shedras, as a place where they can exchange their views and broaden their knowledge; furthermore, to give the participating students an opportunity to have discussions with scholars and mutually pray for the long lives of all the masters of different religions and faiths.

It was decided at the meeting that the upcoming 13th Karmae Gunchoe will take place at Tergar Monastery, Bodhgaya, India, from November 24th to December 19th, 2009.

Lawa Kagyu Thegchenling and Bokar Thoesam Norling Gatsel will be the organizers of the 13th Karmae Gunchoe.

The topics of Tsema Namdrol composed by The 7th Karmapa, Choedak Gyatso; and Riglam Selche composed by Namgyal Dakpa, the teacher of 9th Karmapa Wangchuk Dorje; will be debated and the discussions will be on the Dhamchoe Dul-wa (Binaya pitak).

His Holiness Karmapa will give teachings to the Karmae Gunchoe students on Dhom-Sum Ne-Kyi Sein-Dri, composed by The 7th Karmapa, Choedak Gyatso, from December 4th to 10th, 2009. The teachings will be translated into English and Chinese.
