སྤྱི་ལོ་ ༢༠༡༨ ལོའི་གནམ་ལོ་གསར་དུ་བཞད་པའི་དུས་འདིར་མཛའ་ཞིང་བརྩེ་བའི་གྲོགས་པོ་ཡོངས་ལ་བཀྲ་ཤིས་བདེ་ལེགས་ཀྱི་འཚམས་འདྲི་ཞུ་རྒྱུ་ཡིན།
On this New year's day of 2018, I would like to wish all of my dear friends .
在2018新年的这一天，我要祝福我亲爱的朋友们扎西德勒。

སྤྱིར་བཏང་ ༢༠༡༧ ནང་དུ་འཛམ་བུ་གླིང་གི་ཐོག་ཏུ་བདེ་སྡུག་གི་གནས་ཚུལ་མང་པོ་ཞིག་བྱུང་ཡོད། དེ་བཞིན་མི་སྒེར་སོ་སོའི་མི་ཚེའི་ནང་དུ་ཡིན་ཡང་གནས་ཚུལ་མང་པོ་ཞིག་བྱུང་ཡོད། ཡིན་ཡང་།
In 2017, many things both happy and sad happened in this world, and everyone individually also faced many different situations in their life.
2017年，这个世界上发生了许多快乐和悲伤的事情，每个人在生活中也面临着许多不同的情况。

སྤྱི་ལོ་ ༢༠༡༨ ལོའི་གནམ་ལོ་གསར་དུ་བཞད་པའི་དུས་འདིར་ང་ཚོ་ཚང་མས་ལོ་གསར་པ་འདི་སྔར་ལས་ཕུན་སུམ་ཚོགས་པ་ཞིག་དང་དེ་བཞིན་ཡག་པོ་ཞིག་འབྱུང་རྒྱུའི་རེ་བ་བྱ་བཞིན་ཡོད།
But as the new year of 2018 dawns, we all have hopes that we will be more prosperous and that things will be better than before.
但当2018年新年开始之际，我们都有希望比以往更加圆满。

དེར་བརྟེན་དེའི་རྒྱུ་མཚན་ལ་བརྟེན་ནས་ང་ཚོས་རེ་བ་གསར་པ་ཞིག་དང་སྙིང་སྟོབས་གསར་པ་ཞིག་བསྐྱེད་དེ། ང་ཚོས་ ༢༠༡༨ ལོའི་ལོ་འདི་བསུ་རྒྱུར་ང་ཚོ་ཚང་མས་རེ་བ་དེ་ལྟར་བྱ་བཞིན་ཡོད།
So we all hope to give rise to both new aspirations and new courage as we welcome the new year of 2018.
因此，我们都希望在迎接2018新年的同时，产生新的愿望和新的勇气。

དེར་བརྟེན། ད་རེས་ཀྱི་གོ་སྐབས་དེ་དང་བསྟུན་ཏེ་དམིགས་བསལ་གཞིས་བཞུགས་ཀྱི་བོད་མི་ཚང་མ་ལ་འཚམས་འདྲིའི་བཀྲ་ཤིས་བདེ་ལེགས་ཞུ་རྒྱུ་ཞིག་དང་།
Thus I'd like to take this opportunity to offer my greetings and best wishes to all the Tibetans who live in our homeland.
因此，我想藉此机会向家乡的所有藏人们问候扎西德勒。

ང་ཚོ་ཚང་མ་གཞིས་བྱེས་མཉམ་འཛོམས་ཀྱི་ཉི་མ་མགྱོགས་ནས་མྱུར་དུ་འཆར་ཐུབ་རྒྱུའི་སྨོན་འདུན་ཞུ་རྒྱུ་ཞིག་ཡིན།
I pray that the day will soon come, when all of us at home and abroad can once again gather together.
我祈祷所有国内外的我们重新相聚的日子很快到来。

ལྷག་པར་དུ་ད་ལན་ངོས་རང་གཟུགས་པོའི་གནས་སྟངས་ཀྱི་རྐྱེན་པས་ཕྱི་རྒྱལ་ཨ་རིའི་ལུང་པ་ལ་རྒྱུན་རིང་པོ་སྡོད་དགོས་གྱུར།
In particular, because of my health, I have had to spend quite a bit of time abroad in America.
特别是，由于我的健康，我需要在美国住很长一段时间。

དེར་བརྟེན་དམིགས་བསལ་ང་ཚོའི་རྒྱ་གར་དང་། དེ་བཞིན་འབྲུག་དང་། ནེ་པལ་ལ་སོགས་པ་གང་ལྟར་རྒྱུན་གཏན་ང་ཚོས་ཕ་གིར་འབྲེལ་བ་ཆེ་བའི་གྲོགས་པོ་ཚང་མ་ལ། ཁྱེད་རང་ཚོ་ཧ་ཅང་དྲན་པའི་ཐོག་ནས་དམིགས་བསལ་ཁྱེད་རང་ཚོ་ལ་འཚམས་འདྲི་ཞུ་རྒྱུ་དེ་ལྟར་ཡིན།
So I would especially like to tell all my friends in India, Bhutan, and Nepal with whom I normally have frequent comtact that I am thinking of you, and wish you my warmest greetings.
所以我想特别告诉我在印度、不丹和尼泊尔等的和我关系密切的朋友：我特别想你们，并且送上我最诚挚的祝福。

ལྷག་པར་དུ་རྒྱ་གར་གཞུང་གི་ནང་དུ་ཡོད་པ་ངོས་ཀྱི་གྲོགས་པོ་མང་པོ་ཞིག་གིས་ཀྱང་ངོས་རང་ཕྱིར་རྒྱ་གར་ལ་འོང་རྒྱུའི་རེ་བ་ཤུགས་ཆེན་པོ་བྱས་ཏེ་ཡོད་པས། དེར་བརྟེན་དེ་དག་ལའང་དམིགས་བསལ་འཚམས་འདྲི་ཞུ་རྒྱུ་ཞིག་དང་ང་ཚོ་མགྱོགས་ནས་མྱུར་དུ་མཇལ་ཐུབ་རྒྱུའི་རེ་བ་དེ་ལྟར་ཞུ་བཞིན་ཡོད།
In particular, as I have a great hope to be able to return to India soon. I would like to offer a particular greeting to my many friends in the Indian government and express my wish to see you all again soon.
我很希望能尽快回到印度。我想向我在印度政府的许多朋友致以特别的问候，希望不久能再次见到你们。

ལོ་གསར་པ་འདིའི་ནང་དུ་ང་ཚོ་ཚང་མས་སྙིང་སྟོབས་དང་ནུས་པ་གོང་མཐོར་བཏང་སྟེ་སོ་སོའི་མི་ཚེ་དེ་མི་ཚེ་དོན་དང་ལྡན་པ་ཞིག་འབྱུང་རྒྱུ་ཞིག་དང་། དེ་བཞིན་སེམས་ཅན་གཞན་ལ་ཡིན་ཡང་ཕན་པ་རྒྱ་ཆེར་སྒྲུབ་ཐུབ་རྒྱུའི་སྨོན་འདུན་ཞུ་བཞིན་ཡོད། ཐུགས་རྗེ་ཆེ།
In this New Year, I pray that may we all increase our courage and our abilities, so that we each can make our own human life meaningful, and that we will all bring great benefit to other sentient beings as well.
在这新的一年里，我祈祷我们都能增加我们的勇气和能力，使我们每个人的生命都有意义，也能极大地利益到其他众生。谢谢！
