ii. ཀུན་རྫོབ་བྱང་ཆུབ་ཀྱི་སེམས་བསྒོམ་ཚུལ་ལ། Meditating on relative bodhichitta 观修世俗菩提心

• • མཉམ་བཞག་བདག་གཞན་བརྗེ་བ་དང་། Exchanging himself for others in meditation 座上：观自他交换
• • རྗེས་ཐོབ་རྐྱེན་ངན་ལམ་འཁྱེར། Taking adversity as the path in post-meditation 座下：转恶缘为道用
1. ལོངས་སྤྱོད་ཆུད་འཛའ་བ་ལམ་འཁྱེར། Taking running out of supplies as the path 耗尽物资为道用
2. གནོད་པ་ལམ་འཁྱེར། Taking harm as the path 转伤害为道用
3. སྨྲ་བརྗོད་ལམ་ཁྱེར། Taking speech as the path 转言语为道用
4. སྙན་གྲགས་ལམ་ཁྱེར། Taking pleasing words as the path 转名声为道用
5. སྡུག་བསྔལ་ལམ་འཁྱེར། Taking suffering as the path 转痛苦为道用
6. ལྷག་བསམ་གྱི་ཕན་བདེ་ལམ་འཁྱེར། Taking the benefit and happiness of good intentions as the path 转清净心之利乐为道用
7. ལྷག་བསམ་གྱི་སྦྱོར་བ་ལམ་འཁྱེར། Taking acting upon good intentions as the path 转清净行为道用
8. འབྱོར་རྒུད་ལམ་ཁྱེར། Taking things going well or badly as the path 转兴衰为道用
9. སྡང་བ་ལམ་ཁྱེར། Taking hostility as the path 转嗔为道用
10. ཆགས་བ་ལམ་ཁྱེར། Taking greed as the path 转贪为道用

༡༢༽ གཞན་གྱིས་མི་རིགས་དྲིན་ལན་གནོད་འཇལ་ཡང་།། དེ་འབྲས་བདག་གི་རྒྱུད་ལ་སྨིན་གྱུར་ནས།། ཕ་རོལ་པོ་ཡིས་མྱོང་བར་མ་གྱུར་ཞེས།། དགེ་བ་ཅི་བྱེད་དེ་ཡི་དོན་དུ་བསྔོས།། འདི་ཡང་བདག་གི་ལེགས་སྦྱད་ཡིན་སྙམ་བགྱིད།།
When others unreasonably repaid kindness with harm, I'd think, "May the results all ripen on me, To never be experienced by this person," And dedicated all the virtue to them.I think of this as one of my good deeds.(12)
纵人无理恩将仇报，然常愿其果成熟于我，而彼不受报，所造众善为此回向。此谓我妙行之一。(12)

这里说，几乎全西藏的人都去拉萨朝拜过大昭寺的觉沃佛像了，就他米觉多杰怕去拉萨引起格鲁派的猜忌，就一次都没去朝拜过觉沃佛像。怕恶人怕到连佛祖都 不敢见，这还是佛教徒吗？
