བྷྱོ༑ དུས་ངན་སྙིགས་མའི་མཐར་ཐུག་ལ། །བནྡེ་བླ་མའི་དམ་ཚིག་ཉམས། །
BHYOḤ At the nadir of a bad, degenerate age, The monks and lamas have broken samaya,
久！ 極惡五濁末法時，上師僧侶咸破誓，

སྐྱེ་བོ་ཁྲེལ་དང་ངོ་ཚ་བོར། །དེ་ཚེ་མ་མོ་ཐུགས་ཁྲོས་ནས། །
And people have discarded their conscience and shame. At that time, the mamos are enraged.
百姓忘失慚愧⼼，爾時本⺟⼼亂馳。

ནད་མུག་འཁྲུགས་གསུམ་སྤྲིན་ལྟར་གཡོ། །དེ་དག་ཁྱོད་ཀྱི་ཆོ་འཕྲུལ་ཏེ། །
Plague, famine, and conflict roil like clouds. These are your conjurations.
湧如雲起兵荒疫，全乃汝之神變已，

དེ་ཕྱིར་དམ་རྫས་གཏོར་བདུད་རྩི། །བརྟེན་བསྐང་སྒྲུབ་པ་གསུམ་གྱི་རྫས། །
May this torma of samaya substance, amrita, And the substances that support, appease, and accomplish
故供奉誓⾔之⾷，依悅成三品於此。

མ་མོ་འཁྲུགས་པའི་ཐུགས་དམ་བསྐང༌། །ཐུགས་དམ་གཉན་པོ་བསྐང་བའི་མཐུས། །
Appease the discord of the mamos. By the power of appeasing your strict samaya of mind,
願本⺟紊⼼安之，但滿⾜汝凜凜誓，

བདག་སོགས་མཁའ་མཉམ་འགྲོ་ཚོགས་ཀྱི། །ནད་གདོན་བར་ཆད་བཟློག་ཏུ་གསོལ། །
For us and all beings throughout space, Please avert all plagues, famine, and war!
回遮吾等虛空眾，萬般障難與病疫，

མི་མཐུན་ཕྱོགས་ཀུན་བཟློག་ཏུ་གསོལ། །བཅོལ་བའི་ཕྲིན་ལས་འགྲུབ་པར་མཛོད། །
Please avert all adversity! Accomplish the activity entrusted to you.
願悖吾事皆回遮，吾等所囑業盡成！

བདག་གཞན་མི་ཤེས་ལེ་ལོ་ཡིས། །ས་ལམ་བགྲོད་ལ་འགལ་བ་རྣམས། །
Hosts of dakinis, please forgive the breaches From our own and others’ ignorance and laziness
⽽諸違背道地事，咸因⾃他怠無知，

མཁའ་འགྲོའི་ཚོགས་ཀྱིས་བཟོད་པར་གསོལ། །འཛམ་གླིང་བདེ་བའི་བཀྲ་ཤིས་ཤོག །
That prevent us from progressing through the levels and paths. May there be the auspiciousness of world happiness!
願空⾏⺟悉寬宥！願世間安樂吉祥！
