ད་ད་རེས་ཀྱི་སྨོན་ལམ་དེ་ཡོངས་སུ་གྲུབ་པ་རེད། གཤམ་ལ་ངས་ཕྱོགས་སྡོམ་གྱི་སྨོན་ལམ་ཞིག་ཞུ་རྒྱུ་ཡིན། འདི་ལ་སྨོན་ལམ་ཆེན་མོ་ཟེར། ཀརྨ་པ་སྐུ་ཕྲེང་བདུན་པ་ཆོས་གྲགས་རྒྱ་མཚོས་མཛད་པ་རེད། སྨོན་ལམ་འདི་རིང་པོ་ཞིག་ཡོད་པ་ཡིན་ཙ་ན་སྐད་ཡིག་གཞན་གྱི་ནང་ཀློག་ཐུབ་རྒྱུ་མི་འདུག འོན་ཀྱང་ད་རེས་བསྔོ་བ་དང་སྨོན་ལམ་བརྒྱབ་རྒྱུའི་དོན་དག་གཙོ་བོ་གང་ཞིག་ཡིན་པ་དེ་ཚང་མ་ལ་ངོ་སྤྲོད་ཞུ་རྒྱུ་ཡིན།
This completes our prayers for the pandemic to subside. Now I would like to recite a concluding prayer, the Great Aspiration by the Seventh Karmapa Chödrak Gyatso. It is a long prayer, so I can only read it in Tibetan. But before I read it, I would like to tell you about some of the main points of the dedications and aspirations we will now make.
这次的“祛病消灾祈愿文”已经圆满完成了，接下来呢，我会念诵一篇名为大祈愿文的总结祈愿文，这是第七世噶玛巴确扎嘉措的著作。这篇祈愿文很长，因此呢，我要用藏文念诵。在开始之前呢，我想先解释一下，让大家能够了解即将进行的祈愿和回向的要点。

ང་ཚོས་ད་རེས་རང་ཉིད་ཀྱི་དུས་གསུམ་དུ་བསགས་པའི་དགེ་བའི་རྩ་བ་ཐམས་ཅད་དང་། སངས་རྒྱས་དང་། བྱང་ཆུབ་སེམས་དཔའ་དང་། སེམས་ཅན་ཐམས་ཅད་ཀྱི་དགེ་བའི་ཙ་བ་དང་། བརྩེ་བའི་ནུས་པ་ཐམས་ཅད་གཅིག་ཏུ་བསྡོམས་ནས་བསྔོ་བ་བྱེད་རྒྱུ་ཡིན།
We combine all our virtues from the past, present and future with the power of the love and virtue of all buddhas, bodhisattvas and sentient beings, and then dedicate it.
我们结合所有过去现在未来的善，协同诸佛菩萨、一切众生的爱之力量，一起做此回向。

དེ་ཡང་ང་ཚོའི་དགེ་བ་དང་བརྩེ་བའི་ནུས་པ་ཐམས་ཅད་འཇིག་རྟེན་གྱི་ཁམས་ཆེན་པོའི་མཐའ་དང་གྲུ་ཐམས་ཅད་དུ་ཁྱབ་པའི་སྨོན་ལམ་གནང་རོགས་གནང་ཞུ་རྒྱུ་ཡིན།
We make the aspiration that our virtue and all the strength of our whole-hearted love may pervade every corner of this great universe.
祈愿我们所有的善和由衷的爱，遍满宇宙的每一个角落；

དེ་བཞིན་ང་ཚོའི་དགེ་བ་དང་། གཅིག་ཏུ་བརྩེ་བའི་ནུས་པ་ཐམས་ཅད་སའི་གོ་ལ་འདི་ཉིད་ཀྱི་རྡུལ་ཕྲ་རབ་ཐམས་ཅད་ལ་ཐིམ་སྟེ་སྣོད་ཀྱི་ཉེས་པ་ཐམས་ཅད་གསོས་ཏེ། སྔར་བའི་རླབས་ཆེན་དང་མཛེས་སྡུག་ལྡན་པ་ཞིག་ཏུ་འགྱུར་བའི་སྨོན་ལམ་གནང་རོགས་གནང་ཞུ་རྒྱུ་ཡིན་།
We make the aspiration that our virtue and all the strength of our whole-hearted love may dissolve into each atom of the earth, restoring all that has been depleted so that it may become even more powerful and beautiful than it was before.
祈愿将我们所有的善和由衷的爱，融入到地球上的每一粒尘土之中；祈愿衰败的大地因而恢复生机，比过去更加欣欣向荣，美不胜收；

དེ་བཞིན་ང་ཚོའི་དགེ་བ་དང་། གཅིག་ཏུ་བརྩེ་བའི་ནུས་པ་ཐམས་ཅད་རང་དང་ཁྱིམ་གཞིས་གཅིག་པའི་དུད་འགྲོ་གྲོག་སྦུར་ཚུན་ཆད་ཐམས་ཅད་ལ་ཐོབ་སྟེ། ཁོང་ཚོའི་ཉམ་ཐག་པ་དང་། རང་དབང་དང་བྲལ་བའི་སྡུག་བསྔལ་མཐའ་དག་ཞི་བའི་སྨོན་ལམ་གནང་རོགས་ཞུ་རྒྱུ་ཡིན།
We make the aspiration that our virtue and all the strength of our whole-hearted love may suffuse all animals with whom we share this earth, our home, from the tiniest ant on up, so that all their sufferings of weakness or lack of freedom may be pacified.
祈愿我们所有的善和由衷的爱，能够遍及至所有和我们一起共同居住在地球上的动物；从最小的昆虫开始，祈愿它们因弱小而不自由承受的痛苦，都能得到慰藉；

དེ་བཞིན་ང་ཚོས་རྣམ་པར་དཀར་བ་དང་། གཅིག་ཏུ་བརྩེ་བའི་ནུས་པ་ཐམས་ཅད་འགྲོ་བ་མི་ཕུ་ནུ་མིང་སྲིང་ཐམས་ཅད་ལ་ཐོབ་ཏེ། ཕན་ཚུན་བརྩེ་ཞིང་དུང་བ་དང་། དགའ་བདེའི་དཔལ་ལ་རོལ་བའི་སྨོན་ལམ་རྒྱག་རྒྱུ་ཡིན།
We make the aspiration that the power of our sincerity and whole-hearted love may suffuse all human beings, our brothers and sisters, so that they may feel mutual love and enjoy the glory of virtue and happiness.
祈愿我们所有的善和由衷的爱，能够遍布于地球上一切和我们情同手足的众生；祈愿我们互相关爱，共享福乐；

དེ་བཞིན་ང་ཚོས་རྣམ་པར་དཀར་བ་དང་། གཅིག་ཏུ་བརྩེ་བའི་ནུས་པ་ཐམས་ཅད་ཀྱི་མཐུ་ལ་བརྟེན་ནས་ད་རིས་ཀྱི་རིམས་ནད་འཇིགས་སུ་རུང་བ་དེ་མྱུར་དུ་ཞི་ནས། རིམས་ནད་གྱིས་མནར་བའི་ནད་པ་ཐམས་ཅད་ཀྱང་ནད་ལས་མྱུར་དུ་གྲོལ་བ་དང་། སྔར་ལས་ལྷག་པའི་བདེ་ཐང་དང་། ནད་མེད་ཚེ་རིང་ཡོང་བའི་སྨོན་ལམ་གནང་རོགས་གནང་ཞུ་རྒྱུ་ཡིན།་
We make the aspiration that due to the power of our sincerity and whole-hearted love, this terrifying pandemic may swiftly subside, and that all those who have been stricken by this disease may be cured and soon enjoy even better health and greater vigor than before.
祈愿经由我们的所有的善和由衷的爱，能令这次可怖的流行疫病尽速消除；祈愿每一位患者，都能早日痊愈，而且比以往更加健康、活力充沛；

དེ་བཞིན་ང་ཚོས་རྣམ་པར་དཀར་བ་དང་། གཅིག་ཏུ་བརྩེ་བའི་ནུས་པ་ཐམས་ཅད་སྨན་པ་དང་། སྨན་ཞབས་སྙིང་སྟོབས་ཅན་ཐམས་ཅན་ལ་སྦྱིན་ནས། ཁོང་ཚོའི་ལུས་སེམས་ཀྱི་ངལ་ཞིང་དུབ་པ་ཐམས་ཅད་ཞི་ནས། སྙིང་སྟོབས་དང་ཟུངས་སྟོབས་རྒྱས་པའི་སྨོན་ལམ་གནང་རོགས་གནངཞུ་རྒྱུ་ཡིན་།
We make the aspiration that we may give the power of our sincerity and whole-hearted love to the courageous doctors and medical workers so that they may be relieved of all mental and physical exhaustion and have renewed courage and bodily strength.
祈愿将我们所有的善和由衷的爱，回向给勇敢的医师和医护人员们，祈愿缓解他们身心的疲劳，令他们的勇气和力量大大增长；

དེ་བཞིན་ང་ཚོས་རྣམ་པར་དཀར་བ་དང་། གཅིག་ཏུ་བརྩེ་བའི་ནུས་པ་ཐམས་ཅད་ད་རེས་རིམས་ནད་ཀྱིས་འདས་གྲོངས་སུ་གྱུར་པ་ཐམས་ཅད་ཀྱི་རྣམ་པར་ཤེས་པ་རྣམས་བདེ་བ་ནས་ཆེས་བདེ་བར་འགྱུར་བ་དང་་། ཤུལ་དུ་ལུས་པ་རྣམས་ཀྱི་མྱ་ངན་དང་སྡུག་བསྔལ་མྱུར་དུ་ཞི་བའི་སྨོན་ལམ་གནང་རོགས་གནང་།
We make the aspiration that through the power of our sincerity and whole-hearted love, the consciousnesses of all those who have passed away in this epidemic may move on to ever happier births, and all those they leave behind may soon find solace for their grief and suffering.
祈愿将我们所有的善和由衷的爱，回向给因这次疫情而往生的人们，祈愿他们心识能够去向更好的善道；也祈愿他们身边亲友的悲痛，也能够尽快得到抚慰；

དེ་བཞིན་ང་ཚོས་རྣམ་པར་དཀར་བ་དང་། གཅིག་ཏུ་བརྩེ་བའི་ནུས་པ་ཐམས་ཅད་ཨོ་སི་ཁྲུ་ལི་ཡའི་མེ་སྐྱོན་ཆེན་པོ་ལ་སོགས་པའི་འབྱུང་བའི་འཇིགས་པའི་འོག་ཤི་བའི་སྲོག་ཆགས་དུང་ཕྱུར་དུ་མ། རང་གི་བདེ་བའི་ལམ་རྙེད་དེ་འཇིགས་སྐྲག་དངངས་གསུམ་གྱི་བག་ཆགས་ཐམས་ཅད་ཞི་བའི་སྨོན་ལམ་གནང་རོགས་གནང་ཞུ་རྒྱུ་ཡིན།
We make the aspiration that through the power of our sincerity and whole-hearted love, all the billions of living creatures who have perished in natural disasters such as the bushfires in Australia may find their path to happiness.
祈愿将我们所有的善和由衷的爱，回向给在自然灾害中所有损伤的生命，比如澳洲的森林大火，祈愿他们能够找到通往快乐的道路，消除一切恐怖的烙印；

དེ་བཞིན་ང་ཚོས་རྣམ་པར་དཀར་བ་དང་། གཅིག་ཏུ་བརྩེ་བའི་ནུས་པ་ཐམས་ཅད། རང་གི་ཕ་མ་དང་། དགེ་བའི་བཤེས་གཉེན་དང་། ཟླ་གྲོགས་དང་། མཛའ་བཤེས་ལ་སོགས་པ་ཐམས་ཅད་ཚེ་རིང་ནད་མེད་དང་། བསམ་དོན་ལྷུན་གྱིས་གྲུབ་པའི་དོན་དུ་བསྔོ་བ་གནང་རོགས་གནང་ཞུ་རྒྱུ་ཡིན།
We make the aspiration that through the power of our sincerity and whole-hearted love, our parents, spiritual teachers, friends, and loved ones may live long and healthy lives and accomplish all their wishes spontaneously.
祈愿将我们所有的善和由衷的爱，回向给我们的父母师长，亲朋好友，祈愿他们能够长寿健康，心想事成；

མདོར་ན་ང་ཚོས་ད་ལྟ་བསམ་མ་ཤེས་པ་དང་། འགྲུབ་མི་ཐུབ་པའི་སྨོན་ལམ། བྱང་ཆུབ་སེམས་དཔའ་རྣམས་ཀྱི་སྨོན་ལམ་དུ་ཇི་ལྟར་མཛད་པ་དེ་དག་ཐམས་ཅད་ཡོངས་སུ་འགྲུབ་ཐུབ་པའི་སྨོན་ལམ་གནང་རོགས་གནང་ཞུ་རྒྱུ་ཡིན།
We pray that we may completely fulfill the aspirations of the bodhisattvas—aspirations that we could not think to make or would be unable to fulfill ourselves—just as they have made them.
祈愿那些我们难以想象，无法实现的一切祈愿都能和菩萨的大愿一般圆满成就。

གཤམ་དུ་ངོས་ཀྱིས་སྨོན་ལམ་ཆེན་མོ་དེ་འདོན་རྒྱུ་ཡིན། དེར་ཚང་མས་གོང་དུ་ཞུས་པའི་དོན་དག་ཐམས་ཅད་ཐུགས་སུ་བཞག་སྟེ་ཡག་པོ་ཞིག་གསན་རོགས་གནང་།།
