ༀ༑ རྗེ་བཙུན་མ་འཕགས་མ་སྒྲོལ་མ་ལ་ཕྱག་འཚལ་ལོ།། །
OṂ I prostrate to the noble lady, Arya Tara.
唵 敬禮尊聖救度母，

ཕྱག་འཚལ་སྒྲོལ་མ་མྱུར་མ་དཔའ་མོ། །སྤྱན་ནི་སྐད་ཅིག་གློག་དང་འདྲ་མ།།
I prostrate to Tara, the quick and heroic, Whose eyes flash instantly, like lightning,
敬禮救度速勇母，目如剎那電光照，

འཇིག་རྟེན་གསུམ་མགོན་ཆུ་སྐྱེས་ཞལ་གྱི། །གེ་སར་ཕྱེ་བའི་ལས་ནི་བྱུང་མ།།
Who arose from the open heart on the lotus face of the three worlds’ protector.
三世界尊蓮華面，從妙華中現端嚴。

།ཕྱག་འཚལ་སྟོན་ཀའི་ཟླ་བ་ཀུན་དུ། །གང་བ་བརྒྱ་ནི་བརྩེགས་པའི་ཞལ་མ།།
I prostrate to you whose face is like a hundred full autumn moons,
敬禮百秋朗月母，普遍圓照無垢面，

སྐར་མ་སྟོང་ཕྲག་ཚོགས་པ་རྣམས་ཀྱིས། །རབ་ཏུ་ཕྱེ་བའི་འོད་རབ་འབར་མ།
Who blazes with the light of thousands of stars.
如千星宿俱時聚，殊勝威光超於彼。

།ཕྱག་འཚལ་གསེར་སྔོ་ཆུ་ནས་སྐྱེས་ཀྱིས། །པདྨས་ཕྱག་ནི་རྣམ་པར་བརྒྱན་མ།
I prostrate to you whose hands are adorned by lotuses born from water blue and gold,
敬禮紫磨金色母，妙蓮華手勝莊嚴，

སྦྱིན་པ་བརྩོན་འགྲུས་དཀའ་ཐུབ་ཞི་བ། །བཟོད་པ་བསམ་གཏན་སྤྱོད་ཡུལ་ཉིད་མ།
Whose conduct is generosity, diligence, discipline, peace, patience, and meditation.
施精勤行柔善靜，忍辱禪定性無境。

ཕྱག་འཚལ་དེ་བཞིན་གཤེགས་པའི་གཙུག་ཏོར། །མཐའ་ཡས་རྣམ་པར་རྒྱལ་བར་སྤྱོད་མ།
I prostrate to you, the ushnisha of the tathagatas, whose deeds are boundless, utter victory,
敬禮如來頂髻母，最勝能滿無邊行，

མ་ལུས་ཕ་རོལ་ཕྱིན་པ་ཐོབ་པའི། །རྒྱལ་བའི་སྲས་ཀྱིས་ཤིན་ཏུ་བསྟེན་མ།
Who have achieved all transcendences, On whom the bodhisattvas fully rely.
得到彼岸盡無餘，勝勢佛子極所愛。

ཕྱག་འཚལ་ཏུཏ་ཏཱ་ར་ཧཱུྃ་ཡི་གེ། །འདོད་དང་ཕྱོགས་དང་ནམ་མཁའ་གང་མ།
I prostrate to you who fill the desire realm, all directions, and all space with the syllables TUTTĀRA HŪṂ,
敬禮怛囉吽字母，聲愛方所滿虛空，

འཇིག་རྟེན་བདུན་པོ་ཞབས་ཀྱིས་མནན་ཏེ། །ལུས་པ་མེད་པར་འགུགས་པར་ནུས་མ།
Who trample on the seven worlds, and are able to summon all without exception.
運足遍履七世界，悉能鉤召攝無餘。

།ཕྱག་འཚལ་བརྒྱ་བྱིན་མེ་ལྷ་ཚངས་པ། །རླུང་ལྷ་སྣ་ཚོགས་དབང་ཕྱུག་མཆོད་མ། །
I prostrate to you whom Indra, Agni, Brahma, Vayudeva, Ishvara, and other gods worship,
敬禮釋梵火天母，風神自在眾俱集，

འབྱུང་པོ་རོ་ལངས་དྲི་ཟ་རྣམས་དང་། །གནོད་སྦྱིན་ཚོགས་ཀྱིས་མདུན་ནས་བསྟོད་མ།
Who are praised in your presence by bhutas, Vetalas, gandharvas, and hosts of yakshas.
部多起屍尋香等，諸藥叉眾作稱歎。

ཕྱག་འཚལ་ཏྲད་ཅེས་བྱ་དང་ཕཊ་ཀྱིས། །ཕ་རོལ་འཁྲུལ་འཁོར་རབ་ཏུ་འཇོམས་མ།
I prostrate to you who totally conquer, with TRAṬ and PHAṬ, all the devices of adversaries,
敬禮特囉胝發母，於他加行極摧壞，

གཡས་བསྐུམ་གཡོན་བརྐྱང་ཞབས་ཀྱིས་མནན་ཏེ། །མེ་འབར་འཁྲུགས་པ་ཤིན་ཏུ་འབར་མ།
Who trample with right leg contracted and left extended, who blaze amid wild, burning flames.
展左踡右作足踏，頂髻熾盛極明耀。

ཕྱག་འཚལ་ཏུ་རེ་འཇིགས་པ་ཆེན་མོ། །བདུད་ཀྱི་དཔའ་བོ་རྣམ་པར་འཇོམས་མ།
I prostrate to you who totally conquer, with terrifying TURE, The warriors of Mara,
敬禮都哩大緊母，勇猛能摧怨魔類，

ཆུ་སྐྱེས་ཞལ་ནི་ཁྲོ་གཉེར་ལྡན་མཛད། །དགྲ་བོ་ཐམས་ཅད་མ་ལུས་གསོད་མ།།
Whose lotus face frowns, Who kill all enemies without exception.
於蓮華面作顰眉，摧壞一切冤家眾。

ཕྱག་འཚལ་དཀོན་མཆོག་གསུམ་མཚོན་ཕྱག་རྒྱའི། །སོར་མོས་ཐུགས་ཀར་རྣམ་པར་བརྒྱན་མ།
I prostrate to you whose fingers adorn your heart with the mudra of the Three Jewels,
敬禮三寶嚴印母，手指當心威嚴相，

མ་ལུས་ཕྱོགས་ཀྱིས་འཁོར་ལོས་བརྒྱན་པའི། །རང་གི་འོད་ཀྱི་ཚོགས་རྣམས་འཁྲུག་མ།
Who is adorned by a turbulent wheel of light, blazing in all directions.
嚴飾方輪盡無餘，自身熾盛光聚種。

ཕྱག་འཚལ་རབ་ཏུ་དགའ་བ་བརྗིད་པའི། །དབུ་རྒྱན་འོད་ཀྱི་ཕྲེང་བ་སྤེལ་མ།
I prostrate to you whose crown, heavy with great joy, radiates garlands of light,
敬禮威德歡悅母，寶光珠鬘眾光飾，

བཞད་པ་རབ་བཞད་ཏུཏ་ཏཱ་ར་ཡིས། །བདུད་དང་འཇིག་རྟེན་དབང་དུ་མཛད་མ།།
Whose fierce laugh of TUTTĀRA enthralls maras and all the world.
最極喜笑 怛哩，鎮世間魔作懾伏。

ཕྱག་འཚལ་ས་གཞི་སྐྱོང་བའི་ཚོགས་རྣམས། །ཐམས་ཅད་འགུགས་པར་ནུས་མ་ཉིད་མ།
I prostrate to you who are able to summon all the guardians of the ground,
敬禮守護眾地母，亦能鉤召諸神眾，

ཁྲོ་གཉེར་གཡོ་བའི་ཡི་གེ་ཧཱུྃ་གིས། །ཕོངས་པ་ཐམས་ཅད་རྣམ་པར་སྒྲོལ་མ།
Who, with a frown and the syllable HŪṂ, Liberate from all deprivation.
搖顰眉面吽聲字，一切衰敗令度脫。

ཕྱག་འཚལ་ཟླ་བའི་རྩེ་མོ་དབུ་བརྒྱན། །བརྒྱན་པ་ཐམས་ཅད་ཤིན་ཏུ་འབར་མ།
I prostrate to you whose head is adorned by a sliver of the moon, who blaze brilliantly with all adornment,
敬禮頂冠月相母，冠中現勝妙嚴光，

རལ་པའི་ཁྲོད་ན་འོད་དཔག་མེད་ལས། །རྟག་པར་ཤིན་ཏུ་འོད་ནི་མཛད་མ།
Whose hair is always beautiful with Amitabha’s brilliant light.
阿彌陀佛髻中現，常放眾妙寶光明。

ཕྱག་འཚལ་བསྐལ་པ་ཐ་མའི་མེ་ལྟར། །འབར་བའི་ཕྲེང་བའི་དབུས་ན་གནས་མ།
I prostrate to you who dwell amid garlands of flame like the fire at a kalpa’s end,
敬禮如盡劫火母，安住熾盛頂髻中，

གཡས་བརྐྱང་གཡོན་བསྐུམ་ཀུན་ནས་བསྐོར་དགས། །དགྲ་ཡི་དཔུང་ནི་རྣམ་པར་འཇོམས་མ།
Who are delighted, with right leg extended and left bent, who totally conquer enemies’ forces.
普遍喜悅半趺坐，能摧滅壞惡冤輪。

ཕྱག་འཚལ་ས་གཞིའི་ངོས་ལ་ཕྱག་གི། མཐིལ་གྱིས་བསྣུན་ཅིང་ཞབས་ཀྱིས་བརྡུང་མ།
I prostrate to you who pierce the ground with the palm of your hand and trample it with your feet,
敬禮手按大地母，以足踐踏作鎮壓，

ཁྲོ་གཉེར་ཅན་མཛད་ཡི་གེ་ཧཱུྃ་གི། །རིམ་པ་བདུན་པོ་རྣམས་ནི་འགེམས་མ། །
Who, frowning, with the syllable HŪṂ conquer the seven levels.
現顰眉面作吽聲，能破七險鎮降伏。

ཕྱག་འཚལ་བདེ་མ་དགེ་མ་ཞི་མ། །མྱ་ངན་འདས་ཞིང་སྤྱོད་ཡུལ་ཉིད་མ།
I prostrate to you whose conduct is blissful, virtuous, tranquil, the peace of nirvana,
敬禮安穩柔善母，涅槃寂滅最樂境，

སྭཱ་ཧཱ་ཨོཾ་དང་ཡང་དག་ལྡན་པས། །སྡིག་པ་ཆེན་པོ་འཇོམས་པ་ཉིད་མ།
Whose SVĀHĀ and OṂ conquer great wrongdoing.
莎訶命種以相應，善能消滅大災禍。

ཕྱག་འཚལ་ཀུན་ནས་བསྐོར་རབ་དགའ་བའི། །དགྲ་ཡི་ལུས་ནི་རབ་ཏུ་འགེམས་མ།
I prostrate to you who amid utter joy totally defeat enemies,
敬禮普遍極喜母，諸怨支體令脫離，

ཡི་གེ་བཅུ་པའི་ངག་ནི་བཀོད་པའི། །རིག་པ་ཧཱུྃ་ལས་སྒྲོལ་མ་ཉིད་མ།
Tara who arises from the awareness HŪṂ surrounded by the ten syllables.
十字咒句妙嚴布，明咒吽聲常朗耀。

ཕྱག་འཚལ་ཏུ་རེའི་ཞབས་ནི་བརྡབ་པས། །ཧཱུྃ་གི་རྣམ་པའི་ས་བོན་ཉིད་མ།
I prostrate to TURE who stamps her feet, whose seed has the form of HŪṂ,
敬禮都哩巴帝母，足躡相勢吽字種，

རི་རབ་མན་དཱ་ར་དང་འབིགས་བྱེད། །འཇིག་རྟེན་གསུམ་རྣམས་གཡོ་བ་ཉིད་མ
Who shakes Mount Meru, Mandara, Vindhya, and the three worlds.
彌嚕曼陀結辣薩，於此三處能搖動。

།ཕྱག་འཚལ་ལྷ་ཡི་མཚོ་ཡི་རྣམ་པའི། །རི་དགས་རྟགས་ཅན་ཕྱག་ན་བསྣམས་མ།
I prostrate to you whose hand holds the gods’ lake marked by a rabbit,
敬禮薩囉天海母，手中執住神獸像，

།ཏ་ར་གཉིས་བརྗོད་ཕཊ་ཀྱི་ཡི་གེས། །དུག་རྣམས་མ་ལུས་པར་ནི་སེལ་མ།
Who dispel all poisons when two TĀRA and the syllable PHAṬ are said.
誦二怛囉作發聲，能滅諸毒盡無餘。

ཕྱག་འཚལ་ལྷ་ཡི་ཚོགས་རྣམས་རྒྱལ་པོ། །ལྷ་དང་མིའམ་ཅི་ཡིས་བསྟེན་མ།
I prostrate to you on whom the king of gods and all gods and kinnaras rely,
敬禮諸天集會母，天緊那羅所依愛，

ཀུན་ནས་གོ་ཆ་དགའ་བའི་བརྗིད་ཀྱིས། །རྩོད་དང་རྨི་ལམ་ངན་པ་སེལ་མ།
Who dispel dispute and bad dreams with complete armor and joyous splendor.
威德歡悅若堅鎧，滅除鬪諍及惡夢。

ཕྱག་འཚལ་ཉི་མ་ཟླ་བ་རྒྱས་པའི། །སྤྱན་གཉིས་པོ་ལ་འོད་རབ་གསལ་མ།
I prostrate to you whose two eyes are as bright as the sun and full moon,
敬禮日月廣圓母，目睹猶勝普光照，

ཧ་ར་གཉིས་བརྗོད་ཏུཏ་ཏཱ་ར་ཡིས། ། ཤིན་ཏུ་དྲག་པོའི་རིམས་ནི་སེལ་མ།
Who dispel the fiercest contagion by reciting hara twice and TUTTĀRA.
誦二喝囉咄怛哩，善除惡毒瘟熱病。

།ཕྱག་འཚལ་དེ་ཉིད་གསུམ་རྣམས་བཀོད་པའི། །ཞི་བའི་མཐུ་དང་ཡང་དག་ལྡན་མ།
I prostrate to you who pacify through the placement of threefold suchness,
敬禮具三真實母，善靜威力皆具足，

།གདོན་དང་རོ་ལངས་གནོད་སྦྱིན་ཚོགས་རྣམས། །འཇོམས་པས་ཏུ་རེ་རབ་མཆོག་ཉིད་མ
Supreme TURE who conquers the hosts of spirits, vetalas, and yakshas.
藥叉執魅尾怛辣，都哩最極除災禍。

རྩ་བའི་སྔགས་ཀྱིས་བསྟོད་པ་འདི་དང་། །ཕྱག་འཚལ་བ་ནི་ཉི་ཤུ་རྩ་གཅིག
This is the praise of the root mantra and the twenty-one prostrations.
若有智者勤精進，至心誦此二十一。

以上诵多遍 Recite many times

The benefits:
ཕན་ཡོན་ནི།

ལྷ་མོ་ལ་གུས་ཡང་དག་ལྡན་པར། །བློ་ལྡན་གང་གིས་རབ་ཏུ་བརྗོད་པས། །
Intelligent people with true respect for this devi Who arise and recite this with utmost
救度尊處誠信禮，是故讚嘆根本咒。

སྲོད་དང་ཐོ་རངས་ལངས་པར་བྱས་ནས། །དྲན་པས་མི་འཇིགས་ཐམས་ཅད་རབ་སྟེར། །
Admiration at both dawn and dusk, Will be freed from all fear by the thought of her.
每晨早起夕時禮，憶念施諸勝無畏，

སྡིག་པ་ཐམས་ཅད་རབ་ཏུ་ཞི་བ། །ངན་འགྲོ་ཐམས་ཅད་འཇོམས་པ་ཉིད་དོ། །
All their wrongdoing will be fully pacified. All lower realms will be conquered.
一切罪業盡消除，悉能超越諸惡趣。

རྒྱལ་བ་བྱེ་བ་ཕྲག་བདུན་རྣམས་ཀྱིས། །མྱུར་དུ་དབང་ནི་བསྐུར་བར་འགྱུར་ལ། །
They will quickly receive empowerment from seventy million buddhas.
此等速能得聰慧，七俱胝佛所灌頂，

འདི་ལས་ཆེ་བ་ཉིད་ནི་འཐོབ་ཅིང་། །སངས་རྒྱས་གོ་འཕང་མཐར་ཐུག་དེར་འགྲོ།
They will attain what is greater than this. They will reach ultimate buddhahood.
現世富貴壽延安，當來趣向諸佛位。

།དེ་ཡི་དུག་ནི་དྲག་པོ་ཆེན་པོ། །བརྟན་གནས་པ་འམ་གཞན་ཡང་འགྲོ་བ། །
The thought of her will fully dispel the strongest poison whether from
有時誤服諸毒物，或自然生或合成，

ཟོས་པ་དང་ནི་འཐུངས་པ་ཉིད་ཀྱང་། །དྲན་པས་རབ་ཏུ་སེལ་བ་ཉིད་ཐོབ། །
The environment or beings, whether eaten or drunk.
憶念聖尊真實力，諸惡毒藥盡消滅。

གདོན་དང་རིམས་དང་དུག་གིས་གཟིར་བའི། །སྡུག་བསྔལ་ཚོགས་ནི་རྣམ་པར་སྤོང་སྟེ། །
They will escape all suffering caused by spirits, contagion, or poison,
或見他人遭鬼魅，或發熱病受諸苦，

སེམས་ཅན་གཞན་མ་རྣམས་ལ་ཡང་ངོ་། །གཉིས་གསུམ་བདུན་དུ་མངོན་པར་བརྗོད་ན། །
And so will other beings. If this is recited two, three, and seven times,
若轉此讚二三七，彼諸苦惱悉蠲除。

བུ་འདོད་པ་ནི་བུ་ཐོབ་འགྱུར་ཞིང་། །ནོར་འདོད་པ་ནི་ནོར་རྣམས་ཉིད་ཐོབ། །
Those who want children will have children, Those who want wealth will gain wealth,
欲乞男女得男女，求財寶位獲富饒

འདོད་པ་ཐམས་ཅད་ཐོབ་པར་འགྱུར་ཏེ། །བགེགས་རྣམས་མེད་ཅིང་སོ་སོར་འཇོམས་འགྱུར། །
All desires will be fulfilled, And all obstructors will be vanquished.
善能圓滿隨意願，一切障礙不能侵。

བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་མ་སྒྲོལ་མ་ལ་ཡང་དག་པར་རྫོགས་པའི་སངས་རྒྱས་ཀྱིས་བསྟོད་པ་གསུངས་པ་རྫོགས་སྷོ།། །།ཞུས་དག །

ཕྱག་འཚལ་ཉེར་གཅིག་གི་བསྟོད་པ་འདི་ནི་རྣམ་པར་སྣང་མཛད་ཆེན་པོས་གསུངས་པ་སྟེ་རྒྱུད་ལས་བྱང་བའོ། །
This praise, the Twenty-One Prostrations, was taught by Mahavairochana. It is extracted from the tantra.
此二十一度母禮讚由大日如來宣說出自續典。

虔诚祈求礼赞怙主力 我等行住任何诸地方
祈愿寂灭诤战与疾病 正法一切吉祥增上盛

Bamboo评论（2022.08.04）:Bamboo一直以为这是藏人自个编出来的，或是印度教的典籍，因为风格完全不像佛陀讲的佛经，内容也比较象向外求的外道典籍，没想到中文大藏经里也有。说是大日如来讲的，那有谁见过大日如来了？

里面的Agni不就是去年大宝讲《玛颚密教源流》里的印度神祗吗？在伦敦维多利亚博物馆，里面展出的印度神祗的雕像，Bamboo看到里面也有度母。

在《莲师七句祈请文》Bamboo说，自己一念莲师心咒，在附近的大宝就立马看向Bamboo，或立刻出现。而2014年初，菩提迦耶Kagyu Monlam开始，前行是叫大家一个劲地念《莲师七句祈请文》。 可Bamboo对着不远处的大宝怎么念，他都一副毫无反应的样子。意思就是告诉Bamboo：起作用的只有咒语，念“祈愿文”是没有一点用处的。所以，这个礼赞文念了应该也没什么用。
