བླ་མའམ་རྟེན་གྱི་དྲུང་ནས་གསོ་སྦྱོང་གི་སྡོམ་པ་ལེན་པ་ལ། ཕྱག་གསུམ་འཚལ། པུས་མོ་བཙུགས་ཏེ།
To take the sojong vows, in the presence of a lama or a representation, prostrate three times and kneel.
為從上師或所依處尊前，領受大乘布薩律儀：三頂禮、胡跪 (編註：右膝著地、豎左膝，單膝而跪為「胡跪」)。

ཕྱོགས་བཅུ་ན་བཞུགས་པའི་སངས་རྒྱས་དང་བྱང་ཆུབ་སེམས་དཔའ་ཐམས་ཅད་བདག་ལ་དགོངས་སུ་གསོལ།
All buddhas and bodhisattvas dwelling in the ten directions, think of me.
安住於十方之一切佛菩薩，祈請護念我：

སློབ་དཔོན་དགོངས་སུ་གསོལ།
Master, think of me.
祈請阿闍黎護念我：

ཇི་ལྟར་སྔོན་གྱི་དེ་བཞིན་གཤེགས་པ་དགྲ་བཅོམ་པ་ཡང་དག་པར་རྫོགས་པའི་སངས་རྒྱས་རྟ་ཅང་ཤེས་ལྟ་བུ།
Just as the tathagatas, arhats, completely perfect buddhas of the past, the intelligent horses,
如同往昔如來、應供、正等覺，猶如聰慧馬，

གླང་པོ་ཆེན་པོ། བྱ་བ་བྱས་ཤིང༌། བྱེད་པ་བྱས་པ། ཁུར་བོར་བ། རང་གི་དོན་རྗེས་སུ་ཐོབ་པ།
the great elephants, who have performed the task and fulfilled the function, who have cast off the load,
及大象王，應作者作，所作已辦，捨諸重擔，

སྲིད་པ་ཀུན་ཏུ་སྦྱོར་བ་ཡོངས་སུ་ཟད་པ། ཡང་དག་པའི་བཀའ། ལེགས་པར་རྣམ་པར་གྲོལ་བའི་ཐུགས།
who have thereupon gained their own benefit, who have completely extinguished the fetters of existence, whose words are true,
迨得己利，盡諸有結，具真實語，

ལེགས་པར་རྣམ་པར་གྲོལ་བའི་ཤེས་རབ་ཅན་དེ་དག་གིས། སེམས་ཅན་ཐམས་ཅད་ཀྱི་དོན་གྱི་ཕྱིར་དང༌།
whose minds are well and truly freed, who have well and truly liberated wisdom, just as they, for the sake of all sentient beings;
心善解脫，正智解脫者，彼等為一切有情，

ཕན་པར་བྱ་བའི་ཕྱིར་དང༌། གྲོལ་བར་བྱ་བའི་ཕྱིར་དང༌། མུ་གེ་མེད་པར་བྱ་བའི་ཕྱིར་དང༌།
to benefit them; to liberate them; to eliminate famine;
為饒益眾生，為解脫眾生，為除饑荒，

ནད་མེད་པར་བྱ་བའི་ཕྱིར་དང༌། བྱང་ཆུབ་ཀྱི་ཕྱོགས་ཀྱི་ཆོས་རྣམས་ཡོངས་སུ་རྫོགས་པར་བྱ་བའི་ཕྱིར་དང༌། བླ་ན་མེད་པ་ཡང་དག་པར་རྫོགས་པའི་བྱང་ཆུབ་ངེས་པར་རྟོགས་པར་བྱ་བའི་ཕྱིར།
to eliminate illness; to completely perfect the factors of enlightenment; to perfectly realize the unsurpassed, true, and complete enlightenment,
為除疾疫，為圓滿三十七道品，為證得無上正等菩提，

གསོ་སྦྱོང་ཡང་དག་པར་མཛད་པ་དེ་བཞིན་དུ།
properly performed restoration and purification,
清淨奉持此大乘布薩律儀。

བདག་མིང་འདི་ཞེས་བགྱི་བས་ཀྱང༌།
I, named [name],
我某某(唱唸己名)

དུས་འདི་ནས་བཟུང་སྟེ། ཇི་སྲིད་སང་ཉི་མ་མ་ཤར་གྱི་བར་དུ། སེམས་ཅན་ཐམས་ཅད་ཀྱི་དོན་གྱི་་ཕྱིར་དང༌།
shall also from this time onward until the sun rises tomorrow, for the sake of all sentient beings;
從此刻起，至明日太陽未升前，為一切有情，(Bamboo注：那些极昼极夜的国家，就按平时吃早饭的时间好了。)

ཕན་པར་བྱ་བའི་ཕྱིར་དང༌། གྲོལ་བར་བྱ་བའི་ཕྱིར་དང༌། མུ་གེ་མེད་པར་བྱ་བའི་ཕྱིར་དང༌།
to benefit them; to liberate them; to eliminate famine;
為饒益眾生，為解脫眾生，為除饑荒，

ནད་མེད་པར་བྱ་བའི་ཕྱིར་དང༌། བྱང་ཆུབ་ཀྱི་ཕྱོགས་ཀྱི་ཆོས་རྣམས་ཡོངས་སུ་རྫོགས་པར་བྱ་བའི་ཕྱིར་དང༌།
to eliminate illness; to completely perfect the factors of enlightenment;
為除疾疫，為圓滿三十七道品，

བླ་ན་མེད་པ་ཡང་དག་པར་རྫོགས་པའི་བྱང་ཆུབ་ངེས་པར་རྟོགས་པར་བྱ་བའི་ཕྱིར་
to perfectly realize the unsurpassed, true, and complete enlightenment,
為證得無上正等菩提，

གསོ་སྦྱོང་ཡང་དག་པར་བླང་བར་བགྱིའོ། །
properly undertake restoration and purification.
而清淨奉持此大乘布薩律儀。

ལན་གསུམ།
Repeat three times.
誦三遍後，

མཐར་བླ་མས་
Then the master says:
戒師云：

ཐབས་ཡིན་ནོ། །
This is the method.
方便吗？（Bamboo译。原译为：方便也。）

ཞེས་གསུངས་པ་ལ་
Respond with:
戒子云：

ལེགས་སོ།། ཞེས་བརྗོད།
It is very good.
方便。（Bamboo译。原译为：善哉。）

དེང་ནས་སྲོག་གཅོད་མི་བྱ་ཞིང༌། །གཞན་གྱི་ནོར་ཡང་བླང་མི་བྱ། །
From now on I shall not take life, Nor shall I take another’s things.
此後我將不殺生，他人財物亦不取，

འཁྲིག་པའི་ཆོས་ཀྱང་མི་སྤྱད་ཅིང༌། །རྫུན་གྱི་ཚིག་ཀྱང་མི་སྨྲའོ། །
I shall commit no sexual act, Nor shall I speak untruthful words.
不淨法行皆不作，謊言妄語亦不說，

སྐྱོན་ནི་མང་པོ་ཉེར་བརྟེན་པའི། །ཆང་ནི་ཡོངས་སུ་སྔང་བར་བྱ། །
I shall give up intoxicants, Which are the cause of many faults.
眾多過失之近因，酒精飲料全戒除，(Bamboo：酒心巧克力，和放了料酒的菜也是不能吃的，当然更不要说含五辛和肉类的食物了。）

ཁྲི་སྟན་ཆེ་མཐོ་མི་བྱ་ཞིང༌། །དེ་བཞིན་དུས་མ་ཡིན་པའི་ཟས། །
I shall not sit on great, high seats, Nor eat at inappropriate times.
高廣大床不坐臥，非時食物亦不吃，(Bamboo：“非时”指的是中午12点后，法王说果汁可以喝。）

དྲི་དང་ཕྲེང་བ་རྒྱན་དང་ནི། །གར་དང་གླུ་སོགས་སྤང་བར་བྱ། །
I shall abstain from perfumes and necklaces, jewelry, song, and dance.
香水華鬘諸莊嚴，歌舞伎樂等戒除，

ཇི་ལྟར་དགྲ་བཅོམ་རྟག་ཏུ་ནི། །སྲོག་གཅོད་ལ་སོགས་མི་བྱེད་ལྟར། །
Just as the arhats at no time take life or do the other acts,
恆常猶如阿羅漢，不行殺生等惡業，

དེ་བཞིན་སྲོག་གཅོད་ལ་སོགས་སྤང༌། །བླ་མེད་བྱང་ཆུབ་མྱུར་ཐོབ་ཤོག །
I also give up killing and so forth. May I achieve supreme awakening.
亦戒除殺生等，願速證得無上覺，

སྡུག་བསྔལ་མང་དཀྲུགས་འཇིག་རྟེན་འདི། །སྲིད་པའི་མཚོ་ལས་སྒྲོལ་བར་ཤོག །
May this world roiling with much suffering be freed from the ocean of existence.
於此紛擾苦世間，祈願度脫輪迴海。

ཕྱག་གསུམ།
Prostrate three times.
禮拜三次

淨戒陀羅尼（Bamboo批：不知出自哪部经）

ༀ་ཨ་མོ་གྷ་ཤཱི་ལ། སམྦྷ་ར་སམྦྷ་ར། བྷ་ར་བྷ་ར། མ་ཧཱ་ཤུདྡྷ་ས་ཏ།
oṃ amoghaśhīla sambhara sambhara bhara bhara mahāśhuddha sattva
嗡啊摩噶悉喇 桑拔惹桑拔惹 拔惹拔惹 瑪哈修達薩多

པངྨ་བི་བྷུ་ཥི་ཏ་བྷུ་ཛ། དྷ་ར་དྷ་ར། ས་མནྟ་ཨ་བ་ལོ་ཀི་ཏེ་ཧཱུྃ་ཕཊ་སཱ་ཧཱ།
padma vibhuṣhita bhuja dhara dhara samanta avalokite hūṃ phaṭ svāhā
貝瑪比布悉大不雜 達惹達惹 薩曼大啊哇囉給喋吽呸梭哈

發願

ཁྲིམས་ཀྱི་ཚུལ་ཁྲིམས་སྐྱོན་མེད་ཅིང༌། །ཚུལ་ཁྲིམས་རྣམ་པར་དག་དང་ལྡན། །
With conduct of faultless discipline, discipline that’s completely pure,
為諸律中無垢戒，持戒清淨無所犯，

རློམ་སེམས་མེད་པའི་ཚུལ་ཁྲིམས་ཀྱིས། །ཚུལ་ཁྲིམས་ཕ་རོལ་ཕྱིན་རྫོགས་ཤོག །
Discipline free of arrogance, may I perfect transcendent discipline.
願奉此戒無憍慢，圓滿尸羅波羅蜜。

རྒྱལ་བ་ཀུན་གྱི་རྗེས་སུ་སློབ་གྱུར་ཏེ། །བཟང་པོ་སྤྱོད་པ་ཡོངས་སུ་རྫོགས་བྱེད་ཅིང༌། །
Following all the victors, may I train and bring excellent conduct to perfection.
於諸如來我修學， 圓滿普賢行願時，

ཚུལ་ཁྲིམས་སྤྱོད་པ་དྲི་མེད་ཡོངས་དག་པ། །རྟག་ཏུ་མ་ཉམས་སྐྱོན་མེད་སྤྱོད་པར་ཤོག །
May I act with pure, stainless discipline that never lapses and is free of faults.
戒行無垢恆清淨， 常行無缺無孔隙，

ལུས་ལ་ཆོས་གོས་གསུམ་གྱི་བཀྲ་ཤིས་ཤོག །ངག་ལ་སྡེ་སྣོད་གསུམ་གྱི་བཀྲ་ཤིས་ཤོག །
May the body have the auspiciousness of the three robes, speech the auspiciousness of the three baskets,
身上三衣願吉祥， 語上三藏願吉祥，

སེམས་ལ་བསླབ་པ་གསུམ་གྱི་བཀྲ་ཤིས་ཤོག །ཀུན་ལ་དཀོན་མཆོག་གསུམ་གྱི་བཀྲ་ཤིས་ཤོག །
Mind the auspiciousness of the three trainings, and may all have the auspiciousness of the Three Jewels.
心上三學願吉祥， 一切三寶願吉祥。

བསྙེན་གནས 斋戒、近住戒

Bamboo注：1. 八关斋戒都是授一日一夜的，国内大部分法师为偷懒都是一次授个几天，那是违反佛制的。

2. 六斋日：初八、十四、十五、二十三、二十九、三十（Day 8 14 15 23 29 30 in each month）
十斋日：二十八、二十九、三十、初一、初八、十四、十五、十八、二十三、二十四（Day 1 8 14 15 18 23 24 28 29 30 in each month）
或者自己定些方便的日子（or the day you think it is convienent to observe the eightfold precepts）。

五辛：国内常见为 洋葱、大葱、小葱、大蒜、韭菜。注意：咖喱里也包含这些成分。

戒：1.不杀 no kill; 2.不盗 no steal; 3.不骗 no lie; 4.不淫 no sex; 5.不饮酒和饮料 no drink alcohol,coffee, and Coca cola, etc., except water and juice; 6.不歌舞伎乐 no sing and dance; 7.不坐卧高广大床 no sit and sleep on a grand bed; 8. 不化妆、戴首饰、涂香水 no makeup, no wearing jewelry and no perfume;
斋：过午不食 no eat after noon
