祈请文

ན་མོ་བྷཻ་ཥ་ཛྱེ་མ་ཧཱ་རཱ་ཛ་ཡེ།
NAMO BEKANDZE MAHA RADZAYE
礼敬大药王

བསོད་ནམས་ཡོན་ཏན་རྒྱ་མཚོའི་གཏེར་མངའ་ཞིང་།། བསམ་གྱིས་མི་ཁྱབ་ཐུགས་རྗེའི་བྱིན་རླབས་ཀྱིས།།
འགྲོ་བའི་སྡུག་བསྔལ་གདུང་བ་ཞི་མཛད་པ།། བཻཌཱུརྱའི་འོད་ལ་གསོལ་བ་འདེབས།།
Endowed with an ocean-like treasury of qualities and merit, You calm the torment of suffering living beings endure with the blessing of your inconceivable compassion. I supplicate you, Deep Blue Light.
拥有福德功德大海藏 难可思议慈悲之加持
平息众生痛苦逼迫者 向毗琉璃之光祈请之

ཤིན་ཏུ་སེར་སྣ་དྲག་པོས་རབ་བཅིངས་པས། ཡི་དགས་གནས་སུ་སྐྱེ་བའི་སྐྱེ་པོ་ཡིས།།
ཁྱོད་མཚན་ཐོས་ན་མིར་སྐྱེ་སྦྱིན་པ་དགའ།། བཅོམ་ལྡན་སྨན་གྱི་བླ་ལ་གསོལ་བ་འདེབས།།
Those bound by intense greed are born in the realm of hungry ghosts; Yet hearing your name, they’re born as humans who delight in generosity. Victorious Medicine Buddha, I supplicate you.
甚为猛烈吝啬所系缚 生于饿鬼道处之士夫
闻汝号生人道喜布施 向药师薄伽梵祈请之

ཚུལ་ཁྲིམས་འཆལ་དང་གཞན་ལ་གཤེ་བརྩོན་པས།། དམྱལ་བར་སྐྱེ་བའི་འགྲོ་བ་འདི་དག་གིས།།
ཁྱོད་མཚན་ཐོས་ན་མཐོ་རེས་སྐྱེ་བར་གསུངས།། སྨན་གྱི་རྒྱལ་པོ་དེ་ལ་གསོལ་བ་འདེབས།།
Violating morality and abusing others, living beings are born in the realms of hell; Yet hearing your name, they’re born in the higher realms. King of Medicine, I supplicate you.
违反戒律与伤害他人 此等生于地狱之众生
闻汝号得生于善道 向彼药之王者祈请之

གང་དག་དབྱེན་དང་ཕྲ་མ་དུ་མ་ཡིས།། རབ་ཏུ་འབྱེད་ཅིང་ལུས་སྲོག་ཕྲལ་བ་དག།
ཁྱོད་མཚན་ཐོས་ན་དེ་དག་འཚེ་མི་ནུས།། སྨན་གྱི་རྒྱལ་པོ་དེ་ལ་གསོལ་བ་འདེབས།།
Through repeated dissension and slander, Deep schisms are created and lives are taken; Yet hearing your name, they no longer can harm. King of Medicine, I supplicate you.
凡诸挑拨以各种谗言 极度崩解身命分离等
若闻汝号彼等无能害 向彼药之王者祈请之

མཚན་ལེགས་གསེར་བཟང་དྲི་མེད་སྣང་བ་དང་།། མྱ་ངན་མེད་མཆོག་དཔལ་དང་ཆོས་བསྒྲགས་དབྱངས།།
མངོན་མཁྱེན་རྒྱལ་པོ་སྒྲ་དབྱངས་རྒྱལ་པོ་དང་།། ཤཱཀྱའི་རྒྱལ་པོ་རྣམས་ལ་གསོལ་བ་འདེབས།།
Excellent Name, Flawless Appearance of Fine Gold, glorious Supreme One Free of Misery, Resounding Dharma Melody, King of Direct Knowledge, King of Melody, and King of the Shakyas, all of you I supplicate.
善名与金色宝光妙行 无忧最胜与法海雷音
法海胜慧光音自在王 释迦王者等皆祈请之

འཇམ་དཔལ་སྐྱབས་གྲོལ་ཕྱག་ན་རྡོ་རྗེ་འཛིན།། ཚངས་དབང་རྒྱ་བྱིན་ཕྱོགས་བཞིའི་རྒྱལ་པོ་བཞི།།
གནོད་སྦྱིན་སྡེ་དཔོན་ཆེན་པོ་བཅུ་གཉིས་སོགས།། དཀྱིལ་འཁོར་ཡོངས་སུ་རྫོགས་ལ་གསོལ་བ་འདེབས།།
Manjushri, Kyapdröl, Vajrapani, Brahma, Indra, the Four Kings of the Four Directions, the twelve great Chiefs of the Yakshas, and all the others I supplicate this entire and perfect mandala.
文殊救脱金刚手菩萨 释梵自在四方四天王
十二药叉大神降等等 向圆满坛城处祈请之

དེ་བཞིན་གཤེགས་པ་བདུན་གྱི་སྨོན་ལམ་མདོ།། སྨན་གྱི་ལྷ་ཡི་མདོ་སྡེ་ཉིད་དང་ནི།།
མཁན་ཆེན་ཞི་བ་འཚོས་མཛད་གཞུང་ལ་སོགས།། དམ་ཆོས་གླེགས་བམ་ཚོགས་ལ་གསོལ་བ་འདེབས།།
The Sutra of the Seven Tathagata’s Aspirations, and the Sutra of the Medicine Buddha, The treatise by the great abbot Shantarakshita, and other texts—I supplicate all volumes of the genuine Dharma.

Bodhisattva Shantarakshita, Trisong Deutsen, and others, the scholars, translators, royal ministers, bodhisattvas, And all the genuine lamas who hold the lineage, Chokyi Wangchuk, and the others, I supplicate you all.
静命菩萨赤松德赞等 译师学者王臣菩萨与
所有传承上师胜士与 法之自在等等祈请之

དེ་ལྟར་གསོལ་བ་བཏབ་པའི་བྱིན་རླབས་ཀྱིས།། གནས་སྐབས་ནད་དང་འཇིགས་པ་སྣ་ཚོགས་ཞི།།
འཆི་ཚ་ངན་སོང་འཇིགས་པ་ཀུན་ཞི་ནས།། བདེ་བ་ཅན་དུ་སྐྱེ་བར་བྱིན་གྱིས་རློབས།།
Through the blessing of this supplication, may the many fears and illnesses of this life be pacified. At death, after every fear of a lower rebirth is dispelled, bless us to be reborn in Sukhavati.
愿以如是祈请之加持 平息各种当前病恐惧
平息所有死时恶道惧 祈请加持生往极乐国

སྐྱབས་འགྲོ་ནི།
Refuge and Bodhicitta Cultivation
皈依发心

ན་མོ༔ དཀོན་མཆོག་གསུམ་དང་རྩ་བ་གསུམཿ སྐྱབས་གནས་རྣམས་ལ་སྐྱབས་སུ་མཆིཿ
To the sources of refuge, the Three Jewels and the Three Roots, I go for refuge.
禮敬三寶三根本，皈依一切皈依處

འགྲོ་ཀུན་སངས་རྒྱས་ལ་འགོད་ཕྱིརཿ བྱང་ཆུབ་མཆོག་ཏུ་སེམས་བསྐྱེད་དོཿ
To bring all beings to the level of buddhahood, I awaken the mind of supreme awakening.
為令眾生悉成佛，今發殊勝菩提心

ཀ་དག་ཀློང་ནས་་སྤྲུལ་པ་ཡི༔ གནམ་ས་གང་བའི་མཆོད་པའི་སྤྲིནཿ
From the expanse of primordial purity Come clouds of offerings that fill the earth and sky
從本淨界所化現，遍滿天地妙供雲，

མཎྡལ་རྒྱལ་སྲིད་ལྷ་མོར་བཅས༔ ཟད་མེད་གྱུར་ཅིག་པཱུ་ཛ་ཧོཿ
With mandalas, the royal articles, and goddesses. May they never be exhausted PU DZA HO.
曼達政寶天⼥等，化為無盡布紮霍。

འགྲོ་ཀུན་བདེ་ལྡན་སྡུག་བསྔལ་བྲལ༔ བདེ་ལས་ཉམས་མེད་བཏང་སྙོམས་ཤོག༔
May all beings be happy and free of suffering. May they abide in complete happiness and equanimity.
祈眾具樂離於苦，祈不失樂平等捨.

ༀ་ས་བྷཱ་ཝ་ཤུདྡྷཱཿསརྦ་དྷརྨཱཿ ས་བྷཱ་ཝ་ཤུདྡྷོ་ཉཧཾ།།
om svabhava shuddhah sarva dharmah svabhava shuddho'ham
嗡 梭巴哇 修達 薩哇 達瑪 梭巴哇 修多 杭 （净空咒）

སྟོང་པ་ཉིད་དུ་གྱུར།
Everything is emptiness.
化為空性。

From the depth of emptiness, this triple universe becomes an exquisite palace.
空性所化三千界 无苦越量宮殿中

སེང་གེའི་ཁྲི་པངྨ་ཉི་ཟླའི་སྟེང་། ས་བོན་ཧཱུྃ་མཐིང་ག་ལས་སྨན་བླ་བཻཌཱུཡ་ཡི་
On top of a lotus and moon disk, set on a lion throne, From the HUNG arises the Medicine Buddha,
狮座莲花日月上，ཧཱུྃ（吽）字化为药师佛。

སྐུ་མདོག་བཻཌཱུརྱ་འོད་ཟེར་འཕྲོ།། ཆོས་གོས་རྣམ་གསུམ་སྐུ་ལ་བཀླུབས༔
deep blue in color, radiating light. He wears the three dharma robes,
⾝如琉璃放光明，身上穿着三法衣，

ཕྱག་གཡས་སྨན་ཤིང་གཡོན་པ་ལྷུང་བཟེད་འཛིན།། མཚན་དཔེ་འོད་འཕྲོ་སྤྲུལ་སྐུའི་ཆ་ལུགས་ཅན་།།
In his right hand he holds the medicine tree, and in the left a bowl filled with nectar.
右持药枝左持钵，圆满相好之化身。

བསྐྱེད་རིམ།

མ་ལུས་སེམས་ཅན་ཀུན་གྱི་མགོན་གྱུར་ཅིང༌། །བདུད་སྡེ་དཔུང་བཅས་མི་བཟད་འཇོམས་མཛད་ལྷ། །
For each and every being, a protector, You vanquished the ferocious hordes of Mara.
无量有情之依怙，摧伏无量魔军众，

དངོས་རྣམས་མ་ལུས་ཇི་བཞིན་མཁྱེན་གྱུར་པའི། །བཅོམ་ལྡན་འཁོར་དང་བཅས་ཏེ་གཤེགས་སུ་གསོལ། །
You know all things just as they are, Bhagavan: We pray you come here with your retinue.
尽万法如实遍知，清净眷众幸此处。

བཅོམ་ལྡན་བསྐལ་པ་གྲངས་མེད་དུ་མ་རུ། །འགྲོ་ལ་བརྩེ་ཕྱིར་ཐུགས་རྗེ་རྣམ་སྦྱངས་ཤིང༌། །
Bhagavan, for many countless aeons you Trained in compassion out of love for beings:
世尊以无量劫数，悲悯众生行大悲，

སྨོན་ལམ་རྒྱ་ཆེན་དགོངས་པ་ཡོངས་རྫོགས་པའི། །ཁྱོད་བཞེད་འགྲོ་དོན་མཛད་དུས་འདི་ལགས་ན། །
Now is the time to fulfill your vast aspirations By benefitting beings as you wished.
为广大愿尽圆成，于此利生善时节，

དེ་ཕྱིར་ཆོས་དབྱིངས་ཕོ་བྲང་ལྷུན་གྲུབ་ནས། །རྫུ་འཕྲུལ་བྱིན་རླབས་སྣ་ཚོགས་སྟོན་མཛད་ཅིང༌། །
Thus we pray that out of the spontaneous palace Of the dharmadhatu, you and your pure retinue
故由任运法界宫，示种种神变加持，

མཐའ་ཡས་སེམས་ཅན་ཚོགས་རྣམས་སྒྲོལ་བའི་ཕྱིར། །ཡོངས་དག་འཁོར་དང་བཅས་ཏེ་གཤེགས་གསོལ། །
Will come, displaying miracles and blessings, To liberate infinite sentient beings.
为度无边诸有情， 毕竟眷众祈降临。

བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདིར་ནི་བྱོན་པ་ལེགས། །བདག་ཅག་བསོད་ནམས་སྐལ་པར་ལྡན། །
The Bhagavan is welcome here! We have such merit and good fortune.
薄伽梵尊祈降临， 我等具足福德众，

བདག་གི་མཆོད་ཡོན་བཞེས་སླད་དུ། །འདི་ཉིད་དུ་ནི་བཞུགས་སུ་གསོལ། །
In order to accept our offerings, We ask that you remain right here.
以我供施受用故，祈请即此而安住。

སྟོང་གསུམ་ཀུན་དང་མཉམ་པ་ཡི། །པངྨ་འདབ་བརྒྱད་གེ་སར་བཅས། །
We offer you this eight-petaled lotus, Spacious and comfortable, equal in size
等同普遍三千界，八瓣莲花具莲蕊，

བདེ་ཞིང་ཡངས་པར་འབུལ་ལགས་ན། །ཅི་བདེ་བར་ནི་བཞུགས་སུ་གསོལ། །
To this realm of a billion worlds. We pray you take your seat with ease.
安乐广大作献供，随意欣然而安住。

སྤྱན་དྲངས་པའི་རྗེས།
After they have been invited, think:
迎请后观想：

སོ་སོའ་ཞིང་ཁམས་ནས་རྫུ་འཕྲུལ་གྱིས་ནམ་མཁའ་ལ་གཤེགས་ཏེ་གཞལ་མེད་ཁང་གི་དབུས་སུ་
Each of the eight tathagatas comes through the sky as an emanation from their own
八大如来，各于所在世界，乘自然通，腾空而来，降临壇中，

སེང་གེའི་ཁྲི་ཆེན་པོ་བརྒྱད་ལ་དེ་བཞིན་གཤེགས་པ་བརྒྱད་བཞུགས།
pure realm to sit upon eight great lion thrones in the middle of the palace,
八大狮子宝座上，欣然而住。

ཆོས་པོ་ཏི་ཡང་བཞུགས། བར་གྱི་སྣམ་བུ་ལ་བྱང་ཆུབ་སེམས་དཔའ་འཇམ་དཔལ་ལ་སོགས་པ་དཔག་ཏུ་མེད་པ་བཞུགས།
and there are also Dharma texts set up there. At the intermediate wall are seated bodhisattva Manjushri and countless other bodhisattvas.
经函亦住中央。 中级阶上，文殊等无量菩萨，俱住其位；

གསུམ་པ་ལ་གཡས་གྲལ་དུ་ཚངས་པ་དང་བརྒྱ་བྱིན།
In the third place, in the row of seats on the right are Brahma and Indra,
第三级阶右列梵天帝释之位，左列十二药叉大将之位，

གཡོན་གྲལ་དུ་གནོད་སྦྱིན་གྱི་སྡེ་དཔོན་བཅུ་གཉིས། སྒོ་བཞི་ལ་ལ་པོ་ཆེན་པོ་བཞི་རང་རང་གིས་དམ་བཅས་པ་བཞིན་དུ་སྒྲུབ་ཅིང་བཞུགས་པར་གྱུར་་
The Four Great Kings are seated at the four gates and each is acting as he had pledged.
四门四天王，各各成就誓愿而住其位

HUNG Flowers, incense, lights, scents, Food, music, and all precious things,
妙花薰⾹燈塗⾹，妙⾷伎樂等供品，

གཟུགས་སྒྲ་དྲི་རོ་རིག་བྱ་ཆོས༔ བདག་གིས་ལྷ་ལ་མཆོད་པ་འབུལ༔
As well as forms, sounds, smells, tastes, touch, and all phenomena, I offer them all to the deities.
⾊聲⾹味觸諸法 吾獻供養諸天尊，

བདག་ཅག་ཚོགས་གཉིས་རྫོགས་པར་ཤོག༔
May we complete the two accumulations.
祈圓吾等⼆資糧。

ༀ་བཛྲ་ཨརྒྷཾཾ་པཱདྱཾཾ་པུཥྤེ་དྷཱུ་པེ་ཨ་ལོ་ཀེ་གནྡྷེ་ནཻ་ཝིདྱ་ཤབྡ་
oṃ vajra arghaṃ pādyaṃ puṣhpe dhūpe aloke gandhe naividya śhabda pratīccha svāhā
(Means: I offer drinking water, washing water, flowers, incense, lamps, scented water, food, and music.)
嗡 班杂 阿冈 巴当 布贝 都贝 阿洛给 根碟 涅威碟 夏达 札帝嚓 梭哈
(意译：敬献饮水、浴水、妙花、熏香、明灯、塗香、妙食、伎乐、)

རཱུ་པ་ཤབྡ་གནྡྷེ་རཱ་ས་སྤརྴེ་པྲ་ཏཱིཙྪ་ཧཱུྃ༔
RUPA SHABDA GENDHE RASA SAPARSHE PRATITSA HUNG
(Means: Forms, sounds, smells, tastes, touch, and all phenomena.)
如巴 夏達 根喋 惹薩 薩巴謝 札地擦 吽
(意译：⾊、 聲、 ⾹、 味、 觸、 法。)

ཧཱུྃ༔ བཀྲ་ཤིས་གཙོ་བོ་རྫས་བརྒྱད་དེ༔ གཙོ་མཆོག་རྒྱལ་པོ་ཡུངས་ཀར་སོགས༔
HUNG The primary, auspicious eight substances—The supreme, royal white mustard seed, and the others—
吉祥之主此⼋寶，勝主王者⽩芥等，

བདག་གིས་ལྷ་ལ་མཆོད་པ་འབུལ༔ ཚོགས་གཉིས་ཡོངས་སུ་རྫོགས་པར་ཤོག༔
I offer them all to the deity. May the two accumulations be completed.
祈願吾供天尊眾，福慧⼆資得圓滿。

མངྒ་ལཾ་ཨརྠ་སིདྡྷི་ཧཱུྃ༔
MANGALAM ARTHA SIDDHI HUNG
芒嘎朗 阿他 悉地吽

ཧཱུྃ༔ བཀྲ་ཤིས་གཙོ་བོ་རྟགས་བརྒྱད་དེ༔ གཙོ་མཆོག་རྒྱལ་པོ་བུམ་པ་སོགས༔
HUNG The primary, auspicious eight symbols—The supreme royal vase, and all the others—
吉祥之主此⼋相，勝主王者寶瓶等

བདག་གིས་ལྷ་ལ་མཆོད་པ་འབུལ༔ སེམས་ཅན་ཚོགས་གཉིས་རྫོགས་པར་ཤོག༔
I offer them all to the deity. May all living beings complete the two accumulations.
祈願吾供天尊眾，有情⼆資得圓滿。

མངྒ་ལཾ་ཀུམྦྷ་ཧཱུྃ༔
MANGALAM KUMBHA HUNG
芒嘎朗 公巴吽

ཧཱུྃ༔ འདོད་ཡོན་རྩ་བ་རིན་ཆེན་བདུན༔ གཙོ་མཆོག་རྒྱལ་པོ་ནོར་བུ་སོགས༔
HUNG The support for desirable qualities, the seven precious articles—The primary, royal jewel and the others—
妙欲根本七珍寶，勝主王者珍寶等，

བདག་གིས་ལྷ་ལ་མཆོད་པ་འབུལ༔ བདག་ནི་ཚོགས་གཉིས་རྫོགས་པར་ཤོག༔
I offer them all to the deity. May I complete the two accumulations.
祈願吾供天尊眾，吾之⼆資得圓滿。

ༀ་མ་ཎི་རཏྣ་ཧཱུྃ༔
OM MANI RATNA HUNG
嗡 瑪尼 惹那 吽

ཧཱུྃ༔ ཀུན་གྱི་གཙོ་བོ་རི་རབ་གླིང་༔ རི་རབ་གླིང་བཞི་གླིང་ཕྲན་བཅས༔
HUNG Supreme among all, Mount Meru With its four continents and their subcontinents,
⼀切之主須彌洲，須彌四洲具⼩洲，

བདག་གིས་ལྷ་ལ་མཆོད་པ་འབུལ༔ ཚོགས་གཉིས་ཡོངས་སུ་རྫོགས་པར་ཤོག༔
I offer all this to the deity. May the two accumulations be completed.
祈願吾供天尊眾，⼆種資糧悉圓滿。

ༀ་རཏྣ་མཎྜལ་ཧཱུྃ༔
OM RATNA MANDALA HUNG
嗡 惹那 曼札 吽

ཧཱུྃ༔ བདག་གི་དྲི་ལྡན་དྲི་ཆབ་ཀྱིས༔ བདེ་གཤེགས་སྐུ་ལ་སྐུ་ཁྲུས་གསོལ༔
HUNG With perfumed water I bathe the Sugatas’ bodies.
吾以具⾹之⾹⽔，獻供沐浴如來⾝，

ལྷ་ལ་དྲི་མ་མི་མངའ་ཡང་༔ སྡིག་སྒྲིབ་དག་པའི་རྟེན་འབྲེལ་བགྱི༔
Though the deity is flawless, this creates the auspicious conditions to purify all wrongs and obscurations.
天尊⾝雖無垢染，能成淨罪之緣起。

ༀ་སརྦ་ཏ་ཐཱ་ག་ཏ་ཨ་བྷི་ཥེ་ཀ་ཏེ་ས་མ་ཡ་ཤྲི་ཡེ་ཧཱུྃ༔
OM SARWA TATHAGATA ABHIKEKATE SAMAYA SHRIYE HUNG

Although the bodies, speech, and minds of the buddhas have no afflictions, To purify the obscurations of body, speech, and mind of beings,

རྒྱལ་བའི་སྐུ་གསུང་ཐུགས་ལ་ཁྲུས་ཆབ་འདི་གསོལ་བས།། སེམས་ཅན་ལུས་ངག་ཡིད་གསུམ་སྒྲིབ་པ་དག་གྱུར་ཅིག།
I offer this ablution to the bodies, speech, and minds of the buddhas. May the obscurations of body, speech, and mind of all beings be purified.

Bamboo注：此长咒中文摘自义净《药师琉璃光七佛本愿功德经》中“如来定力琉璃光”咒。藏文版的长版《药师经》也有此咒，英译摘自直贡噶举《药师佛甘露仪轨》。创古老妖抄袭大宝的《琉璃水注》里未摘录此长咒。

Bamboo：一看这里的咒语中译是“贝堪则”，就知道直贡噶举的《药师甘露仪轨》也是改编自大宝的《药师佛仪轨》。因为无论藏文译本还是中文的玄奘和义净译本，这里的咒语都写的是“贝刹则”，只有大宝故意念成了“贝卡则”。 Bamboo在直贡噶举的那个老头（叫啥忘了）那儿剃度出家时，可能给的供金比较丰厚，老头就送了Bamboo几样缺少的出家人物品，其中包括一个树脂的钵，钵盖上刻的就是大宝设计的祈愿法会标志。也就是说他们也不知参加了多少届大宝主持的噶举祈愿法会，所以手上有大宝07年现场发的《药师佛仪轨》法本，当然也有这些法会送僧众的烂纪念品。

Dissolution
圆满次第

འཁོར་ཚོགས་འོད་ཞུ་གཙོ་བོའི་སྐུ་ལ་ཐིམ། །སྨན་བླའི་སྐུ་གསུང་ཐུགས་ཀྱི་གནས་གསུམ་ལས།།
The assembly of the Mandala melts into light and dissolves into the central figure. From the three special places of the body,
坛城诸眷属融入主尊， 药师佛之身语意三处，

འོད་ཟེར་དཀར་དམར་མཐིང་གའི་ཡེ་ཤེས་འཕྲོས། །རང་གི་གནས་གསུམ་ཐིམ་པས་སྒྲིབ་གསུམ་དག།
speech and mind of the Medicine Buddha, white, red, and blue transcendent awareness light radiates and dissolves into my three special places, purifying the three obscurations.
放射白红蓝色明觉光，融入自身三门净三障，

གཙོ་བོ་འོད་ཞུ་རང་གི་སྤྱི་བོར་ཐིམ། །དབྱེར་མེད་རྒྱལ་ཀུན་མཁྱེན་བརྩེའི་རང་གཟུགས་ཆེ།།
The Medicine Buddha melts into light and dissolves into me through the crown of my head. I become inseparable from the great embodiment of all the victorious wisdom and compassion.
主尊化光融入己头顶，与悲智药师化身无别，

སྟོང་གཟུགས་ཕྱག་རྒྱ་ཆེན་པོར་ངལ་གསོའོ།
I rest in the state of Mahamudra-all pervading emptiness.
大手印空性境界禅坐。

དེ་ལྟར་སེམས་ཉིད་ངལ་གསོ་རྡཻ
Thus rest the mind in suchness.
如是静心禅坐

Dedication and Prayers of Auspiciousness
回向与吉祥祈愿文

དགེ་བ་འདི་ཡིས་མྱུར་དུ་བདག །སངས་རྒྱས་སྨན་བླ་འགྲུབ་གྱུར་ནས། །
By this merit, may I swiftly accomplish Medicine Buddha.
愿以此功德，速成药师佛，

འགྲོ་བ་གཅིག་ཀྱང་མ་ལུས་པ། །དེ་ཡི་ས་ལ་འགོད་པར་ཤོག །
May I then bring all sentient beings — not one left out — into that state.
有情尽无余，置于其果位。

སེམས་ཅན་ནད་པ་ཇི་སྙེད་པ། །མྱུར་དུ་ནད་ལས་ཐར་གྱུར་ནས། །
May every being who is sick be swiftly cured of illness.
愿诸病有情，速脱疾病苦！

འགྲོ་བའི་ནད་རྣམས་མ་ལུས་པ། །རྟག་ཏུ་འབྱུང་བ་མེད་པར་ཤོག །
May none of wanderers’ maladies ever occur again.
亦愿众生疾，毕竟永不生！

བསོད་ནམས་འདི་ཡིས་ཐམས་ཅད་གཟིགས་པ་ཉིད། ། ཐོབ་་ནས་ཉེས་པའི་དགྲ་རྣམས་ཕམ་བྱས་ནས། །
By this merit, may we attain omniscience, Defeat the enemy wrongdoing,
以此功德願證佛自性，降伏煩惱怨敵之過患，

སྐྱེ་རྒ་ན་འཆིའི་རྦ་རླབས་འཁྲུག་པ་ཡི། ། སྲིད་པའི་མཚོ་ལས་འགྲོ་ཀུན་མྱུར་སྒྲོལ་་ཤོག
and free all beings soon from the ocean of existence Churned by great waves of birth, age, sickness, and death.
生老病死洶湧之波濤，願度眾生解脫輪迴海。
