ཕྱོགས་བཅུ་ན་བཞུགས་པའི་སངས་རྒྱས་དང་བྱང་ཆུབ་སེམས་དཔའ་ཐམས་ཅད་བདག་ལ་དགོངས་སུ་གསོལ།
All buddhas and bodhisattvas in the ten directions, consider me.
住于十方诸佛菩萨祈护念我，

དགེ་འདུན་བཙུན་པ་རྣམས་བདག་ལ་དགོངས་སུ་གསོལ།
Venerable members of the Sangha, I ask that you consider me.
僧伽大德众等祈怙念我。

བདག་མིང་འདི་ཞེས་བགྱི་བས་ཚེ་ཐོག་མ་མེད་པ་ནས་ཐ་མ་ད་ལྟ་ལ་ཐུག་གི་བར་དུ་སྦྱིན་པ་ལས་བྱུང་བ་དང༌། ཚུལ་ཁྲིམས་ལས་བྱུང་བ་དང༌། བསྒོམ་པ་ལས་བྱུང་བའི་དགེ་བའི་རྩ་བ་བགྱིས་པ་དང༌། བགྱིད་དུ་བསྩལ་པ་དང༌། བགྱིས་པ་ལ་རྗེས་སུ་ཡི་རང་བའི་དགེ་བའི་རྩ་བ་དང༌།
Through all the virtue I named (name) have done, encouraged, or rejoiced in throughout beginningless births up to now, arising from generosity, arising from morality, and arising from meditation;
某甲（念自己名）无始时来直至今时，所行布施、持戒、修行而生诸善，或教他作、见作随喜诸善，

ཁྱད་པར་དུ་དེ་ཅིག་གི་ལོ་ལ་དཀོན་མཆོག་ལ་མཆོད་པ་ཕུལ་བ་དང༌།
especially those arising this year from such actions as presenting offerings to the Three Jewels,
尤以今年所作供奉三宝、

དགེ་འདུན་ལ་བསྙེན་བཀུར་བྱས་པ་དང༌། ཕ་རོལ་ཏུ་ཕྱིན་པའི་བཀའ་བསྒྲགས་པ་དང༌།
serving the Sangha, reciting the sutras of the transcendences,
承侍僧伽，奉诵波罗蜜多，

ཆོས་སྐྱོང་ལ་གཏོར་མ་ཕུལ་བ་དང༌། འབྱུང་པོ་ལ་གཏོར་མ་བཏང་བ་དང༌།
offering tormas to dharmapalas, giving tormas to bhutas,
供养护法食子、布施鬼魔食子、

ཡུལ་མི་ཉེ་རིང་ལ་སྟོན་མོ་དྲངས་པ་ལ་སོགས་པ་དགེ་བའི་རྩ་བ་འདིས།
and serving feasts to people in my immediate or general area; through these roots of goodness,
设宴远近乡人等此诸善业。

སྦྱིན་པ་དམ་པ་སེམས་ཀྱི་རྒྱན། སེམས་ཀྱི་ཡོ་བྱད། རྣལ་འབྱོར་གྱི་ཚོགས་དོན་གྱི་མཆོག་དེས།
and through sublime generosity—the ornaments of the mind, the mind’s necessities, the collection of yogas, and the supreme purpose —
净妙布施心之庄严、心之资具、瑜伽资粮最上义，

མཁན་པོ་དང་སློབ་དཔོན་དང་ཕ་དང་མས་སྔོན་དུ་འགྲོ་བར་བྱས་པའི་མཐའ་ཡས་པའི་
may I attain omniscient buddhahood for the benefit of all innumerable beings,
为以堪布、阿阇黎、父母为主

སེམས་ཅན་ཐམས་ཅད་ཀྱི་དོན་དུ་རྣམ་པ་ཐམས་ཅད་མཁྱེན་པའི་སངས་རྒྱས་ཐོབ་པར་གྱུར་ཅིག །
with my preceptor, master, and parents first and foremost.”
及一切无边有情众生之义愿成遍知佛果。

ཅེས་ལན་གམ་བོད་པའི་ཐ་མ་ལ།
Recite three times.
（三遍）

དེ་མ་ཐོབ་ཀྱི་བར་དུ་ཚེ་རབས་ནས་ཚེ་རབས་ཐམས་ཅད་དུ།
Until that is attained, in every life,
直至未成佛前，

དལ་འབྱོར་ཕུན་སུམ་ཚོགས་པའི་མི་ལུས་ཐོབ་པར་གྱུར་ཅིག །
may I acquire a human body with excellent leisure and resources.
于生生世世愿得暇满富足之人身。

མི་ལུས་ཐོབ་ནས་ཀྱང་ཐེག་པ་ཆེན་པོའི་དགེ་བའི་བཤེས་གཉེན་དང་འཕྲད་པར་གྱུར་ཅིག །
Having acquired a human body, may I encounter a spiritual friend of the mahayana.
得人身已，愿得值遇大乘善知识，

དེས་གདམས་ངག་དང་རྗེས་སུ་བསྟན་པ་གནང་ནས་དེ་བསྒྲུབ་པ་ལ་ཕྱི་དང་ནང་གི་བར་ཆད་ཐམས་ཅད་མེད་ཅིང་མི་འང་བ་དང༌།
After I have received from them both teaching and instruction, may no outer or inner obstacles to their practice arise.
于彼传口诀与后诀之修持，不生内外一切障碍；

ཕྱག་རྒྱ་ཆེན་པོ་མཆོག་གི་དངོས་གྲུབ་ཐོབ་པར་གྱུར་ཅིག
May I achieve the supreme siddhi of mahamudra.
愿得大手印最胜悉地。

དེ་ཁོ་ན་བཞིན་དུ་གྱུར་ཅིག དེ་ཁོ་ན་བཞིན་དུ་གྱུར་ཅིག དེ་ཁོ་ན་བཞིན་དུ་གྱུར་ཅིག
May it be just so. May it be just so. May it be just so.
如是愿成、如是愿成、如是愿成。

གཤིན་པོའ་བསྔོ་བ་བྱེད་པ།།
make a dedication for a deceased being,
接下来为往生者回向。

ཕྱོགས་བཅུ་ན་བཞུགས་པའི་སངས་རྒྱས་དང་བྱང་ཆུབ་སེམས་དཔའ་ཐམས་ཅད་གཤིན་ཚེ་ལས་འདས་པ་མིང་འདི་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ལ་སོགས་པ་ལ་དགོངས་སུ་གསོལ།
All buddhas and bodhisattvas who abide in the ten directions, I pray that you consider the deceased, (name), and all others.
住于十方诸佛菩萨祈护念(亡者名)，

དགེ་འདུན་བཙུན་པ་རྣམས་ཚེ་ལས་འདས་པ་མིང་འདི་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ལ་དགོངས་སུ་གསོལ།
Noble members of the Sangha, I pray that you consider the deceased, (name).
僧伽大德众等祈怙念(亡者名)。

ཤིན་ཚེ་ལས་འདས་པ་མིང་འདི་ཞེས་བྱ་བས་དུས་གསུམ་དུ་བསགས་པའི་དགེ་བའི་རྩ་བ་སྦྱིན་པ་ལས་བྱུང་བ་དང༌།
Through all roots of goodness accumulated throughout the three times by the deceased, (name),
某甲（往生者名）无始时来直至今时，所行布施、

ཚུལ་ཁྲིམས་ལས་བྱུང་བ་དང༌། བསྒོམ་པ་ལས་བྱུང་བའི་དགེ་བའི་རྩ་བ་བགྱིས་པ་དང༌། བགྱིད་དུ་བསྩལ་པ་དང༌། བགྱིས་པ་ལ་རྗེས་སུ་ཡི་རང་བའི་དགེ་བའི་རྩ་བ་དང༌།
including those arising from generosity, those arising from morality, and those arising from meditation; roots of goodness done, encouraged, and rejoiced in by them;
持戒、修行而生诸善，或教他作、见作随喜诸善，

ཤུལ་ན་མཆིས་པ་བདག་ཅག་ཉེ་དུ་འབྲེལ་པ་རྣམས་ཀྱིས་ཚེ་ལས་འདས་པ་མིང་འདི་ཞེས་བྱ་བའི་དོན་དུ་དཀོན་མཆོག་ལ་མཆོད་པ་དང༌།
and the roots of goodness done by us, their surviving relatives, for the benefit of the deceased, (name), including presenting offerings to the Three Jewels,
尤其是由我等所有亲戚为往生者所作供奉三宝、

དགེ་འདུན་ལ་བསྙེན་བཀུར་བྱས་པ་དང༌། བཀའ་ཤེས་རབ་ཀྱི་ཕ་རོལ་ཏུ་ཕྱིན་པའི་བསྒྲགས་པ་དང༌།
serving the Sangha, recitating the sutras of transcendent wisdom,
承侍僧伽，奉诵波罗蜜多，

ཆོས་སྐྱོང་ལ་གཏོར་མ་ཕུལ་བ་དང༌། འབྱུང་པོ་ལ་གཏོར་མ་བཏང་བ་དང༌།
offering tormas to dharmapalas, giving tormas to bhutas,
供养护法食子、布施鬼魔食子、

ཡུལ་མི་ཉེ་རིང་ལ་སྟོན་མོ་དྲངས་པ་ལ་སོགས་པ་དགེ་བའི་རྩ་བ་དེས།
and serving feasts to the people of our immediate or general area;
设宴远近乡人等此诸善业。

གཤིན་ཚེ་ལས་འདས་པ་གལ་ཏེ་ལས་ཀྱི་དབང་གིས་འགྲོ་བ་རིགས་དྲུག་གང་དང་གང་དུ་སྐྱེས་ཀྱང་།
through these roots of goodness, wherever and if the deceased has been born, through the power of karma,
愿往生者投生在任何六道轮回，

དགེ་བའི་རྩ་བ་དེ་དང་དེའི་ཕྱི་བཞིན་དུ་ཞུགས་ཤིང་ཕྱི་བཞིན་དུ་འབྲང་ནས་
among the six types of beings, may these roots of goodness accompany and follow them.
这些善根不离而随，

འགྲོ་བ་རིགས་དྲུག་གི་སྡུག་བསྔལ་མཐའ་དག་དང་བྲལ་ནས་དལ་འབྱོར་མི་ལུས་ཕུན་སུམ་ཚོགས་པ་ཐོབ་པར་གྱུར་ཅིག།
May they be freed from all the sufferings of the six types of beings and acquire a human body with excellent leisure and resources.
脱离六道轮回的苦难获得暇满人身。

མི་ལུས་ཐོབ་ནས་་ཀྱང་དཀོན་མཆོག་གསུམ་གྱི་ཐོས་པར་གྱུར་ཅིག།
Having acquired a human body, may they hear the words ‘the Three Jewels.
獲⼈⾝已得聞三寶之名，

དཀོན་མཆོག་གསུམ་གྱི་སྒྲ་ཐོས་ནས་དཀོན་མཆོག་གསུམལ་དད་པ་ཐོབ་པར་གྱུར་ཅིག།
Having heard the words ‘the Three Jewels,’ may they gain faith in the Three Jewels.
聞三寶名已願⽣信⼼。

དཀོན་མཆོག་གསུམལ་དད་པ་ཐོབ་ནས་ཀྱང་སྐྱབས་སུ་འགྲོ་བ་དང་སེམས་བསྐྱེད་བྱས་ནས་
Having gained faith in the Three Jewels, may they take refuge, generate bodhichitta,
於三寶⽣信⼼已，願能皈依、發菩提⼼、

བསླབ་པའི་གཞི་མཐའ་དག་ལ་བསླབས་ཏེ་རྣམ་པ་ཐམས་ཅད་མཁྱེན་པའི་སངས་རྒྱས་ཐོབ་པར་གྱུར་ཅིག།
train in all the precepts, and attain omniscient buddhahood.
學諸學處，得成遍知佛果。

དེ་ཁོ་ན་བཞིན་དུ་གྱུར་ཅིག དེ་ཁོ་ན་བཞིན་དུ་གྱུར་ཅིག དེ་ཁོ་ན་བཞིན་དུ་གྱུར་ཅིག
May it be just so. May it be just so. May it be just so.
如是愿成、如是愿成、如是愿成。
